How to Get the Level 3 ID Wristband in Resident Evil Requiem?
The Level 3 ID Wristband in Resident Evil Requiem is found inside the Security Manager’s Office in the Isolation Ward at the northwestern part of the East Wing. Before you can access this area, you need to obtain the Level 2 ID Wristband and then head to the Isolation Ward.
Getting the Level 2 Wristband is tedious since you need to acquire a multitude of items before you can unlock the Isolation Ward and head to the Security Manager’s Office, where the Level 3 Wristband is located on a corpse. Here’s what you need to do to get the Level 2 Wristband.
1. Steps to Get the Level 2 ID Wristband
I. Find the Artificial Heart

The Level 2 Wristband is located inside the Examination Room in the East Wing in Resident Evil Requiem. The Wristband sits beneath the shackles of the dead body in the room, which means you need to get the body off the table to obtain it. To do so, you need to find the Artificial Heart and the Artificial Lungs.

The Artificial Heart is located in the Cold Storage at the northwestern corner of West Wing 1F. Before you can get it, you need to find the Wrench, so here’s how you need to go about it:
- Head to the Custodian’s Office in West Wing 1F, past the parlor and unlock the gate to that location, which contains a Typewriter to save, along with an Item Box.
- Grab the Wrench from the Custodian’s Office, then return to the northwest corner of West Wing 1F.
- You’ll notice a Handwheel on the door to the Cold Storage. Interact with it to break it off.
- Then, use the Wrench to unscrew the bolt and open the door to the Cold Storage.
- Inside the Cold Storage, you’ll find the Artificial Heart located on a table to your right.
II. Find the Artificial Lungs

Next, you need to obtain the Artificial Lungs by solving the Artificial Organ Transport Box. This Box is located in West Wing 1F: Garage. Shoot the infected driving the bulldozer, then collect the box and make your way out of the Garage. Before you can solve the Organ Box puzzle, you need to complete the second Puzzle Box in East Wing 2F: Lead Researcher’s Office.

The answer to that puzzle is Star-Sun-Moon-Sun. This puzzle will be locked with a blue padlock, so you need to get the Corrosive from the Conference Room in East Wing 2F, at the location where you get the Level 1 ID Wristband before the Chunk boss appears. Once you solve this puzzle, you’ll obtain the Sun Quartz and the Leatherbound Notebook, which states how to open the Artificial Organ Transport Box:
- Examine the Organ Transport Box to start solving this puzzle.
- First, turn the dial from “Auto” to “Hand”.
- Next, raise the switch on the right to the middle mark.
- Then click Switch #5, then Switch #2 to lower both. Keep the others as they are.
- Finally, turn the dial back from “Hand” to “Auto” to open the Artificial Organ Transport Box.

Upon unlocking this box, you’ll obtain the Artificial Lungs in Resident Evil Requiem. There’s only one more thing left to do now.
III. Insert the Artificial Heart & Lungs in the Examination Room Dead Body

Your final task is to insert the Artificial Heart and the Artificial Lungs inside the dead body in the Examination Room in the East Wing. As soon as you insert it, the dead body will wake up, breaking the shackles/straps open.

Kill the infected with either the Hemolytic Injector or with your pistol, and take the Level 2 ID Wristband from the corpse. It’s recommended to take care of the Blister Head or any other infected in the same room before attempting to retrieve the Level 2 Wristband.
2. Head to the Security Manager’s Office to Grab the Level 3 ID Wristband

With the Level 2 ID Wristband acquired in Resident Evil Requiem, it’s time to head to the Isolation Ward in the northwestern corner of the East Wing. Use the Level 2 Wristband to unlock the Isolation Ward, then follow the path ahead to reach the Security Manager’s Office.

Inside the Office, interact with the corpse to obtain the Level 3 ID Wristband. Before you exit the area, check the third Puzzle Box beside the corpse to find that the solution is engraved in braille. Hence, your next objective is to unlock Emily’s cell in the Medication Room using the Level 3 Wristband and bring her to the Security Manager’s Office to solve the puzzle.
