The easiest way to enter the Tea Shop in Esoteric Ebb is by getting the passphrase from Nicholas Darrow inside the Darrow House after midnight at the end of Day 1. You need to pick the option “I need access to the tea shop. (Gulp)” after a long conversation with Darrow on what happened to the tea shop. After that, you need to swear an oath to him to gain the passphrase to the shop, which will lift the Arcane seal that it’s being locked with.
Before you head to the Darrow House at night, you can also speak to his bodyguard Ettir, the City-Sworn Angel, during the morning at the Darrow House in the Tolstad District. If you can roll a Charm check, you’ll be able to flirt with her. Otherwise, she’ll tell you Darrow becomes available only after midnight. This will also update the “Philogynistic Agenda” quest.

- Cast Detect Secrets to find the hidden back-entrance at the Temple or Urth, which is a location you’ll visit after the Darrow House.
- Have low Intelligence and guess the passphrase required to access the tea shop.
