How to Get Ending 2 in Nameless Hospital Quest
You need to find 3 Surveillance Records across the various floors to use them in the camera room and get the second ending. You should have completed ending 1 to get the Hospital Elevator Card as the reward. Use this to get to the upper floors to collect the rest of the quest items.
Surveillance Record #1 Location
From your spawn point, go through the door on the left and go right. I got spooked by an entity entering a doorway on the right but knew this was where I needed to go. Enter the doorway where the entity went through and collect the first Surveillance Record at the very back of the room, on the right-side corner.
Surveillance Record #2 Location
Exit the room and enter the elevator right opposite. Head over to floor 2F and go left. Travel along the corridor until you reach the main lobby area. From here, go left and continue straight ahead. Go left again and enter the door on the right past the double doors. Pick up the second Surveillance Record off the table ahead.
Before I left, I noticed a light switch behind the door. After interacting with it, a notice board appeared on the wall. I could pick up a Keychain 2F from the board, which I had no use for right now.
Surveillance Record #3 Location
For the last record, exit the room and go right. Enter the door to the right and check out the board on the wall to get the Surveillance Record.
Place the Clues
Head back to the main lobby area and enter the door behind the large desk. In this room are three cameras. Place each of the above items in the cameras to uncover Ending 2 – An Offering to Evil.
