There are two new quests in the Fields of Mistria update, and one of them is the Repairing the Bell Tower quest. For this quest, you need to help certain NPCs repair the Bell Tower and collect all the required items for it.

How to Start the Repairing the Bell Tower Quest
Like most quests in the game, you need to reach a certain rank before it’s unlocked from the in-game mail. For this particular quest, you need to reach Mistril rank, which is the highest rank that’s currently available in the expansion. Once that is done, you also need to clear out all quests up until the point of completing the Expand the Saturday Market quest. This will unlock two new vendors at the Saturday Market.
Up until this point, I had no idea how to unlock the Repairing the Bell Tower quest until I visited Stillwell and Zorel at the Saturday Market. I had to talk to them first, then wait a couple of in-game days. Keep checking your mail regularly until you get the Repairing the Bell Tower request.
Repairing the Bell Tower Quest Guide
After accepting the quest from the mail, make your way to the Bell Tower to meet up with Zorel, Landen, and Adeline. If you are like me and haven’t found the Bell Tower yet, make your way to the Blacksmith and go south. You will find the three NPCs standing around a broken tower.
Interact with them to learn of their plan to repair the bell tower. They obviously need your help with the restoration, and for that, you will need:

Out of the four resources, you might have a hard time trying to craft Dragon Forged Fang and Dragon Forged Core. You need to have access to the Dragon Forge workbench after completing the quest Breaking the Final Seal. This will lead you to the 90th level of the Mines, where you can craft both items.
The Dragon Forged Core is also a material required to craft the Engagement Ring, so check out that guide to know the materials to craft the Dragon Forged Core. As for the Dragon Forged Fang, you will need:
- 5x Monster Fang – Defeat saplings, flying tomes, and living griffin statues around the Mines and Ancient Ruins.
- 5x Void Stone – Mine Void Stone nodes around the Mines.
- 5x Void Herb – Found while foraging void herbs in the Mines.
- 1x Written Root – Forge at the Mines – Ancient Ruins.
- 1x Medium Essence Stone – Crafted at Stone Refinery.
Completing the Bell Tower Quest
After collecting all the items listed, visit the Bell Tower and deposit the materials into the box beside the tower. Speak to Adeline and the others to inform them that you have everything they need. This will complete the quest, and during your next visit, you will find the Bell Tower restored.

Can I enter the Bell Tower after it is fixed?
Yes, you can visit the Bell Tower anytime you wish. Visit Zorel’s stall at the Saturday Market to purchase a Sound Resonator crystal, after which you can place it on the pedestal inside the tower.
What does the Sound Resonator crystal do?
Interacting with the Sound Resonator will let you change the town’s default song as well as the default sound of the town bell.
How do I get more music?
You can find Song Crystals while unlocking chests in the overworld. You can find one such Song Crystal in the upstairs section of the Bell Tower, inside a chest. You can also visit Zorel’s store anytime to purchase more Song Crystals.
