How to Get the Empathy Eye Drops
The Empathy eye drops are obtained through the Lonely Player anomaly quest. You will find the quest within Clement Academy in Illusion Town. You will find Clement Academy to the north of Fiscus Avenue. Over here, I had to make my way over to the sports courtyard in the eastern section of the school to find an NPC called the Student Who Lost Their Diary.
After speaking to her, I selected the Let’s Begin option. This took me to a scene that was unrelated to what the student wanted. Once the cutscene ended, I spoke to her again to get another scene. I repeated this step once more until I spotted a vision that showed the diary on the bench.
Now, to locate the diary, go right from the student to find the diary on a bench beside the large tree. Return the diary to her to get the Empathy Eye Drops quest item.
How to Use the Empathy Eye Drops
First, shift the time to 8:00 PM and step into the gym beside the courtyard. A bunch of puppets with their eyes closed will surround the entrance. Once you are inside the gym, use the eye drops from your hotbar. You need to use the eye drops four different times to reveal each puppet location.
The first puppet is near the cart with several basketballs, near the stage. Hit the area around the cart to find the puppet. The second puppet is at the second court towards the exit doorway. Hit the area around it to find the puppet.
Then, make your way up the ladder and hit the area closest to the door to reveal the third puppet. As for the last puppet, the location for this is random, so keep using the eye drops to get its point of view.

You might need to restart the game, as this could be a bug.
Can I sell the Empathy Eye Drops?
Once you use it for the quest, it will be gone from your inventory, so you cannot sell it.
Can I use the Empathy Eye Drops outside of the quest?
This item specifically states that it is used to see through the puppet’s point of view, so using this item outside the quest will not work.
