How to Unlock the Ghost Car
The Ghost Car skin is available for the ST79. First, you need to purchase this car from the Novus Vehicle Dealership. If you check the modification list for the car, you will find the Midnight Ghost skin. According to the requirements, you will need a Level 6 Replica Ghost Car to get the Midnight Ghost.
How to Get a Replica Ghost Car

Getting the Replica Ghost Car was a bit confusing until I realised that this was an Anomaly Furniture. The only way to get it is to purchase the Fenglin Villa from the City Tycoon’s Properties. If you check the Anomaly Furniture list for the villa, you will find the Replica Ghost Car on it. After that, I was stumped about what I was supposed to do next.
It wasn’t until I interacted with the car model that I found that I could unlock the Midnight Ghost through it. But before reaching that point, I need to upgrade the Replica Ghost Car using Fuel Experiences. And the only way to get Fuel Experience is to participate in a particular race. If you haven’t unlocked races yet, then you need to complete an extra step.
Complete the Drift Away, Legend Quest

The next step here is to complete a particular quest for Sota, the Tofu Shop Owner. You will find his store in Yurutown, in the western section of Miguel District. Once you speak to Sota, you will unlock the Drift Away, Legend side quest.
Complete the side quest by following the quest objectives, then teleport to your new villa. You will find your home in the eastern section of Bridge Crossing, at Green Watt Hope. Enter your home’s menu and activate the Replica Ghost Car anomaly furniture.
How to Upgrade Replica Ghost Car

The only thing left now is to upgrade the Replica Ghost Car. To do so, you need to win Challenge Shadow races to collect Fuel Experience. You will find a Challenge Shadow race to the north of Yurutown itself. Once you make your way here, change the time to past 8:00 PM. A car will spawn within the race’s parking area.
Interact with the Shadow car and select the Challenge option. Win the race, then interact with the Shadow car again and select the Challenge Again option. This time, you don’t need to win the race, but you do need to claim your winning prizes. To claim your prize, click on the gift icon on the Objectives menu at the bottom of the race screen. You will find several Fuel Experiences to claim.
Get the Midnight Ghost
Get them all, then go back home and interact with the Replica Ghost Car. Upgrade it until you get it to level 6. After doing that, make your way to the nearest car repair store, like Rampage Players. Speak to the store owner and ask them for recommendations, which will take you to the car modification menu. Select the ST79 and click on the Modification option, then select the Midnight Ghost skin. It will cost 960 Fons to apply the skin, after which you are free to ride your new ghost car.
