Key Points
- The Kuku Watcher Pack is obtained after completing the Sanctum of Atonement quest in Crimson Desert.
- This quest is obtained after saving the Witch of Kindness from freezing near a Silver Fox Cave in southwest Pailune.
- You need an Enhanced Kuku Pot to craft this item at Grimnir’s Kuku Shop after unlocking the recipe.
Crimson Desert’s optional puzzles and weapons are not only creative but also borderline broken. One such example is the Kuku Watcher Pack, which deploys two Watchers that provide long-range fire support against various mobs and bosses. To get your hands on this item, you need to visit a kind Witch and repair a Sanctum in Hernand after completing Chapter 5 in Crimson Desert.

| Quest Completion Required | Sanctum of Atonement |
| Quest Giver | Bari, the Witch of Kindness |
| Location | Crimson Lake below the Silver Wolf Mountain in Pailune. |
| Chapter Requirement | Chapter 5 |
Visit the Witch of Kindness in Pailune

The Sanctum of Atonement is tied to the Witch of Kindness, so you need to visit her first. Head to the location as shown in the image above, which you’ll find directly to the southwest of Pailune, southeast of Wayward Woods, near a Silver Fox Cave in Crimson Desert. I made the mistake of visiting this location at night, since this quest triggers only during the day.

At this location, you’ll find a lady taking shelter under a cloth tarp at the edge of a clearing tucked behind a rock. Light the fire next to her to warm her up, which will trigger the next quest in the Witch of Kindness’ questline in Crimson Desert.
Accept the Witch’s Request at the Crimson Lake

For the next quest, head to the Crimson Lake located directly below the Silver Wolf Mountain west of Pailune in Crimson Desert, as shown in the image above. Fair warning, this lake is extremely dangerous and can deplete your health, so I suggest gliding across it to reach the small cottage in the middle of it.

Inside the cottage, you’ll meet the Witch of Kindness, Bari, whom you rescued from being frozen to death. Speak to her to start the Sanctum of Atonement quest in Crimson Desert. Next, you need to head to Hernand, so I suggest fast-travelling to Haunted Hill there.
Repair the Sanctum of Atonement in Hernand

Your next and final objective will be to repair the Sanctum of Atonement and complete the quest in Crimson Desert. This Sanctum is located directly above the “A” in Hernand, to the southwest of the Haunted Hill fast travel, as shown in the image above.
You’ll face a bunch of flying enemies here, so I recommend bringing your bow to take them down. They’re easy to deal with, and once you defeat them, you can start the repair mission inside the Sanctum of Atonement. For that, you need two Fusion Reactor Cores:
I. Find Fusion Reactor Core: III

Inside the Sanctum of Atonement, to the left, you’ll see a window you can climb onto, as shown in the image above. You can either climb to the top or enter through the window. If you climb up, you’ll encounter a hole that takes you to the ground below.

Once you’re inside this room, look above to find the Fusion Reactor Core: III floating. Grapple it and store it in your Kuku Pot for now, since you’re gonna need another Fusion Reactor Core to solve a puzzle.
II. Find Fusion Reactor Core: LIV-I

From the first Fusion Reactor Core, turn right and exit the area through the destroyed wall with some trees to the left. Take another left, and go straight inside the tower room. Look above to find the Fusion Reactor Core: LIV-I floating. Use your grapple and put it in the Kuku Pot.
III. Cleanse the Sanctum

This is the part where you need to solve a puzzle using both the Fusion Reactor Cores in Crimson Desert. Pull the Fusion Reactor Core: LIV-I out of your Kuku Pot and insert it into the broken pillar on your right, as shown in the image above. Align it, then use the Force Palm ability to push it into place.

Next, head around the corner to find the empty cube slot in the puzzle here. You’ll need the Fusion Reactor Core: III to solve this one. Align the Fusion Core with the empty slot, then use the Force Palm ability to push it into place and cleanse the Sanctum of Atonement in Crimson Desert.

This triggers a cutscene involving the Witch of Kindness, and once it ends, you’ll obtain the Blueprint II: Kuku Watcher Pack. Since you have the recipe unlocked, all that’s left to do is actually crafting it with the following materials:
- 1x Kuku Pack
- 3x Electrical Component
- 1x Abyss Cell: No. 0
- 300x Clockwork Insect
- 200x Small Battery
You’ll need the Enhanced Kuku Pot to craft this item, so head to Grimnir’s Kuku Shop in Hernand and upgrade your Kuku Pot. This item will allow you to deploy two Small Watchers and target mobs and bosses with long-range fire support every 2 seconds, staggering them or eliminating them in Crimson Desert.
