Key Points
- Drawing in more customers will increase customer footfall and bring in more sales for your store.
- Store expansions, increasing store hours, and having a variety of items are some of the ways to bring in more customers.
- You can’t bring new customers in if your store is already filled to max capacity.
While you are in charge of your card store in TCG Card Shop Simulator, you also need to figure out a way to bring in more customers. Your customers will be what keeps your store running, and if you don’t have the required space for them, then you can’t get new business.
How to Increase Customer Turnout in TCG Card Shop Simulator
Initially, when you start your new store in TCG Card Shop Simulator, your customer base might be a bit low. It could take several days until you actually start seeing ample customers appear and bring in some much-needed business. Here are some tips that helped me increase the number of customers who turn up to my store in TCG Card Shop Simulator.
Expanding the Store

Initially, your store can only offer a minimum space, which only allows a small number of customers to walk in. Your first step is to earn enough money through sales and leveling up until you get the option to expand your store. While expanding your store, I suggest making Shop A your primary focus. At max level expansion, you can add an extra +7 customers.
Leveling Up
Your shop level will also influence how many additional customers you can add to your store. Initially, as you work your way through the starting levels, you will just have smaller increments in customer footfall. These can be anywhere from +2 to +5 additional customers. But if you reach max level, you can unlock an additional +14 extra customers to your store.
Reduce Play Tables

While this may seem counterintuitive, reducing the number of card playing tables will help you push out older customers faster and bring in newer customers. Customers tend to linger at the tables, and if you have plenty of customers stacked up, then you can’t bring in new customers.
A tip I would like to add here is to reserve Store B solely for matches and tournaments and expand this space to accommodate players on one side of the store and customers on the other.
Increase Store Items

I would suggest having fewer shelves but adding more variety of items. Keep a lookout for trends and items added to the Target Item list by customers. This will give you a better idea of what you should stock your shelves with.
Why I recommend less shelving is to prevent window shoppers from lingering around and not buying anything. Plus, new customers can’t walk in unless the previous customers walk out. Always keep a stock of items in your storage shelves backstage so you can pick and sell items that customers would like so they can leave quickly.
Increase Checkout Speed

If it takes too long to check out your customers, then you reduce the chances of finding new customers to enter your store. Add a few cashiers who have increased speed and some extra checkout counters. If possible, try to push customers out of the line yourself by using the cash register. The faster the customer leaves the store, the sooner new customers can come in.
Increase Shop Days
Longer store hours might not bring in a lot of customer footfall, but this will add up over time. The longer you keep the store running, the more customers tend to come in during opening hours. If you close your store quickly, then you might miss out on the number of total customers who could have actually visited if you had just kept your store open for longer.
FAQs
What’s the max cap for customers to enter my store?
Your max customer base at any given time will be capped at 28, so if your store has hit this number, you can’t bring any new customers in unless the previous customers walk out.
My regular customers can’t stand a stinky customer and refuse to come in; what do I do?
While you can’t stop stinky customers from entering your store, you can prevent them from disrupting your other customers’ activities by installing Air Scents and stocking up on Cleansers.
Are there other ways to increase customers to my store?
You can host tournaments and matches to bring in new customers to your store and have them participate in the events.
