    How to Get Wheat

Initially, I thought that surviving on berries was enough to sustain us. But that was short-lived, as we all required more sustenance to keep us going through the days and nights. Later on, after building a source of fire, I could cook smaller meals that provided better effects and delayed hunger for longer. The most basic of the food sources that I could create early was bread.

Flour is the basic component of creating bread, and for that, you will require wheat. Early in the game, you can find wheat randomly in the overworld, especially around the Plains biome. But as you start large-scale production, you will require a lot more wheat to sustain your citizens’ hunger.

The best way to get wheat is to get farmland and plant wheat seeds on it. You will get wheat seeds by harvesting wheat in the overworld, or check your marketplace to find wheat seeds for sale. Next, you need to craft a manual mill, which just requires 4x Stone to craft at the workbench.

    How to Get Flour

Interact with the manual mill to add items to it. Grab your wheat and place it in the empty slot. Then, you need to manually move your character around the mill to start grinding up the wheat. Eventually, a flour bag will drop to the floor. The more wheat you add and grind, the more flour you will get.

    How to Get Bread

Bread can be made very early on the campfire. If you haven’t put up a campfire yet, you can find it in your inventory. To create a campfire, you will require 2x Coal and 3x Wooden sticks. Interact with the campfire to get a couple of recipes ingrained in the catalog. Select the Bread option and add your flour to get it. You will require 2x Flour to make 1x Bread.
