If you are looking to start the Avian Alarm project in ARC Raiders, the first step to it is to lay a bird trap. However, you cannot lay a bird trap in any location you want. To learn how, read on below.

How to Place Bird Trap in Riven Tides in ARC Raiders

To start the Avian Alarm project in ARC Raiders, you first need to complete the Place Bird Trap quest. The objective of this quest is very simple – lay a bird trap next to the buoys along the Seabed in Riven Tides. With the game practically laying out every step you need to take to complete it, this becomes a fairly easy quest to complete.

Start by heading over to the Seabed in Riven Tides, as shown in the image above. There you will find large red buoys. For the uninitiated, buoys are large anchors dropped in the sea for navigation purposes. However, you do not need to jump into the water bodies for this quest. 

You need to search for red buoys along the shore. When you observe these buoys closely, you will see multiple holographic items forming a circle around them. These are the locations where you need to place your bird traps.

To place a bird trap in Riven Tides, simply walk over to the holograph and press the E key to lay a bird trap there. By doing so, you will complete the Place Bird Trap quest in ARC Raiders. Also, after placing your trap and returning to Speranza, mark it off in the Avian Alarm project page.
