Forza Horizon 6 – How to Find Missing Roads

By Kirthana KMay 20, 20263 Mins Read

    Key Points

    • Finding incomplete roads is a common bug that has an easy fix.
    • All you need to do is hover the cursor over the map areas to find missing roads.
    • You need to comb through them for each region to locate them all.

In Forza Horizon 6, it can take a while to figure out how to find all the road paths to get a 100% completion rate. Fortunately, there is a quick, easy process to uncover any missing roads to help you out.

How to Easily Discover Roads in Forza Horizon 6

Completing a path with your vehicle will unlock it as a fast travel point. But if you are missing a couple of roads on your path to completion, it might take a while to figure them out, and it will also halt your progress. Since this issue is recurring, there isn’t much that can be done to determine where the missing roads are. Luckily, there is a quick hack that will help you find missing roads and discover new ones.

Discover Missing Roads Using the Map

When checking the map overview, use your cursor to scan each area. In my experience, using a mouse and keyboard allowed finer control and made it easier to pinpoint missing roads. With a controller, moving the cursor may be less precise, making it harder to spot smaller or hidden roads. You can still use a controller, but it may take more time.

While hovering over the map, and while keeping the mouse on an existing road, I kept checking the bottom of the screen at the map legend. This helped find existing roads that offered a Fast Travel option. Now, keep moving the cursor around the map until the Fast Travel option disappears. If that happens and there seems to be a missing pathway, make your way over there.

After that, use your vehicle to move past the missing area, after which you will get a Road Discovered pop-up. Repeat this process across all areas on the map until you find all missing roads. Another tip would be to select each region on the map manually and go through each one with your cursor. White roads mean they are discovered, but if you notice a road that is greyed out, then this is somewhere that’s worth checking out.

    FAQs

I still can’t find the missing road. What do I do?

Some roads are hidden under structures. Fast travel close to the area, then use your vehicle to reveal them by driving over the roads.

Some of the buildings don’t have fast travel points. What do I do?

Buildings like housing that don’t have fast travel points could be the result of a bug, so the only way to get to the building is to use the nearest fast travel point to reach it.

Are there any other ways to find missing roads?

You could use mods to find missing roads if the above method doesn’t work.
