How to Complete the Flipped Phone Boot Quest
Make your way to Moomin Street at Bridge Crossings and head south down the alleyway to find a lone phone booth. Tap on the phone booth to start the Transform! Huhehaha quest. For the quest, you need to figure out the anomaly disguised as the phone booth.
At first, revealing the anomaly from the phone booth didn’t occur to me until I hit the booth with my weapon. This helped transform the booth to reveal an anomaly called Mysty. Interact with it and choose any of the dialog options, after which it will disappear. You need to relocate this anomaly several times to complete the quest.
Search for Clues about Buzz
Follow the quest marker down the stairs nearby and check out the AC unit to your right. If you are confused on what you should be looking at, what helped me figure out the location was the smiley face drawn on the AC unit. Once found, hit it with your weapon to reveal the anomaly.
Search for Clues about Waka
This one was personally quite easy to spot. Go back up the stairs from your previous location and go across the road and into the red store building. Make your way to the left back corner to find an Upside Down Black Fluffy Plush on top of the boxes. Interact with it and keep poking the doll until it transforms.
See Through Mysty’s Disguise
Now this one had me stumped for a while, until I started hitting random items in front of the store to find the anomaly. To find it, exit the store and hit the large black and yellow pole right in front of the store’s entrance to reveal the anomaly.
Search for Clues that go Crunch Crunch
Cross the road again and stick to your left a bit. You will find a strange green poster on the wall with the words Crave Bites on it. Interact with the poster and tear it out to reveal the anomaly, which will complete the quest.

Are the spawn locations for Mysty the same each time?
Yes, Mysty will not change their location and these locations will remain fixed.
The phone booth does not spawn for me, what do I do?
It could be a bug, so restarting the game would help. You should also complete Prologue I – Unforeseen Yet Foretold to find the quest.
