However, the catch is that it’s only obtainable at Tier 3 locations, specifically from Tier 3 Buried Caches, and there’s no guaranteed chance to get it from them. So, you basically need to scour Tier 3 locations for a chance to obtain this item.

All Tier 3 Buried Caches in Tiger Bay
1. Location #1
The first Buried Cache in Tiger Bay is located to the south of Tiger Bay Central, west of the Tiger Bay Central South-East Entrance, as shown in the image above in Gray Zone Warfare. Head to this location to find a small pond and a small shack.
The shack is located next to a pond and a broken-down van. Near one of its walls, you’ll find a wooden crate with the Tier 3 Buried Cache hidden inside. You’ll most likely obtain some ammo or weapons, but if you’re lucky, you’ll have the ATM Hacking Tool in your inventory.
2. Location #2
The next Tier 3 Buried Cache in Tiger Bay is located between Tiger Bay Central and the Old Tiger Pier, west of UNLRA Refugee Camp, as shown in the Gray Zone Warfare image above. You can enter this area either from the Pier or the Central mall, but I’d recommend taking the main road from the Pier since it’s a much safer route.
When you’re at this location, look for a gray warehouse. Behind the warehouse, next to a boat, you’ll find the Tier 3 Buried Cache to take another crack at obtaining the ATM Hacking Tool.
3. Location #3
The final Tier 3 Buried Cache in Tiger Bay is found at the end of the Old Tiger Pier, as shown in the image above in Gray Zone Warfare. From this location, you’ll have the UNLRA Refugee Camp to your right and the Golden Coast Cafe to your left. Head to the end of the Pier to find the Buried Cache on the ground.
All Tier 3 Buried Caches in Midnight Sapphire
1. Location #1
There are four Tier 3 Buried Caches to find in Midnight Sapphire on Lamang Island. The first one is found at the Groundkeeper’s Depot, as shown in the image above in Gray Zone Warfare. The easiest route to the location starts at Foxtrot to the west, then runs through Argos.
However, you might encounter guards patrolling the location. If you want to take them out, go ahead and clear the area before you gun for the Tier 3 Buried Cache. It will be located behind the shelter located opposite the Server House at the Groundkeeper’s Depot.
2. Location #2
The second Tier 3 Buried Cache in Midnight Sapphire is located at the backside of the Hotel Facilities, east of Groundkeeper’s Depot, as shown in the Gray Zone Warfare image above. You’ll find four to five guards patrolling the area, so be cautious when you’re traversing through this area.
Head behind the wired fence, and stick to the left. Move three steps forward to find the Tier 3 Buried Cache located beside a tree, near the locked house.
3. Location #3
The next Tier 3 Buried Cache is located near the Waterfalls, as shown in the image above. You’ll come across three to four guards patrolling this area. You need to remove the guard patrolling the Watch Post, since the Buried Cache is near that location.
Once you’ve cleared the area, go up the hills to find a destroyed shack. Inside this broken-down shack, you’ll find the Tier 3 Buried Cache waiting with some goodies for you.
4. Location #4
The final Tier 3 Buried Cache is found at the Employee Housing in southern Midnight Sapphire, as shown in the image above in Gray Zone Warfare. If you want to avoid a skirmish, the easiest way to reach Employee Housing is through Argos and follow the path.
Vault over the gray wall to reach the wired fence. A guard will patrol the main entrance here, so watch out for him. Climb the wall right of the wired fence and open the Tier 3 Buried Cache to obtain the rewards that await you. Hopefully, it’s an ATM Hacking Tool.
All Tier 3 Buried Caches in Fort Narith
1. Location #1
Similar to Midnight Sapphire, Fort Narith has four Tier 3 Buried Caches on Lanmang Island in Gray Zone Warfare. The first one is located near the entrance to the Shooting Range at Fort Narith, above the Underground Armory.
Head to the Shooting Range entrance, then follow the dirt road behind the two green containers, and you’ll find the Tier 3 Buried Cache behind a wheelbarrow and a shovel. You can also open some of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Buried Caches in this area before you head to the next one.
2. Location #2
The second Tier 3 Buried Cache is found between the Underground Armory and the Air Control Tower in Fort Narith, as shown in the image above in Gray Zone Warfare. Face the Air Control Tower and head inside the forest to your left, where you might encounter a couple of guards patrolling the area.
Don’t sprint to avoid being detected. Search the forest to find another wheelbarrow, opposite to the ACT, and that’s where you’ll find the Tier 3 Buried Cache in this location.
3. Location #3
The next Tier 3 Buried Cache is located at the southwestern corner of Fort Narik, as shown in the Gray Zone Warfare image above. It’s located directly to the west of the Air Control Tower. For reference, you’ll have DELTA 3 on your right-hand side.
Once again, you need to follow another dirt road that leads to another wheelbarrow and a shovel, which seems to be the common theme for the Tier 3 Buried Caches in Fort Narik. You’ll find the Buried Cache next to them.
4. Location #4
The final Tier 3 Buried Cache is not exactly in Fort Narik. It’s more on the western outskirts of the location, but since it’s close to the LLA Outpost, I’ll put this one under the Fort Narik category. Head to the location to the west of the LLA Outpost, as shown in the image above in Gray Zone Warfare.
If you follow the path to the west, you’ll find another dirt road that leads to a hill from the LLA Outpost. When you come across a couple of gravestones, you’ll know you’re at the right location since the Tier 3 Buried Cache is found behind them.
The Final Tier 3 Buried Cache in Lamang Island
The last Tier 3 Buried Cache you’ll find on Lamang Island is at the Phousai Village, located to the southeast of ECHO 3 in Gray Zone Warfare, as shown in the image above. Head to the eastern side of the Village and you’ll find the Tier 3 Buried Cache behind a house, next to another wheelbarrow. However, this area emits radiation, so be careful when you’re searching for the loot.
From these Tier 3 Buried Caches, you’ll have a chance to obtain the sought-after ATM Hacking Machine, used to make easy money from the ATMs by hacking them.
