Unsteady Climbing Enthusiast

You will pick up this quest inside the Baste Prison. You will find the prison in the southern section of the Desert of Memories. Scale the tower and make your way up to the prison roof. Once you arrive at the top, make your way over to the domed roof and jump a level down to the equivalent of the second-floor roof. Over here, find and speak to Tripp to complete the Unsteady Climbing Enthusiast hidden quest. If you still can’t spot Tripp, I had to fall down from the roof a bit until I found this NPC on the ledge. You can run past the enemies to save time and focus on completing this quest.
Rewards: 50 Star Fragments
Reunited Brothers

After finishing Unsteady Climbing Enthusiast, remain in Baste Prison to begin Reunited Brothers. Find the Underground Prison Entrance, enter, and dispel the corruption. Behind it, speak to Maxim the soldier to obtain the Goodbye quest. To proceed, pass by Maxim and speak with the innocent prisoner in the marked cell.
You will then be tasked with defeating 5 corrupted prisoners right after, which will ultimately lead you to the boss in the next room. After that, you get to unlock Vasily’s cell with the key dropped by the boss. Speak to Maxim to complete the last quest, Reunited Brothers.
Rewards: 30,000 XP, 50 Star Fragments
Shadow in the Sandstorm

You need to seek out the Desert Specter to unlock this quest. You will find him in the northern section of the Western Dunes. This quest bugged out for me, so I had to re-login several times and visit this location to find the Desert Specter. I also had to check whether sandstorms were around the area, or else the Desert Specter wouldn’t spawn.
Once the Desert Specter is found, accept the second sub-quest, called “Sand and Peace.” This requires finding and defeating 3 desert spirits that spawn around the area and are marked. After completing this task, return to the Desert Specter to finish the quest.
Rewards: 50 Star Fragments

FAQs
How do I retrigger the Reunited Brothers quest?
If you had spoken to Maxim but didn’t finish the questline, you can always return to the jail point to continue the quest. If that doesn’t work, then it could be a potential bug that doesn’t have a solution right now.
The Desert Specter still didn’t spawn for me. What do I do?
If you still didn’t see the Desert Specter appear even after relogging in a few times and checking under sandstorm weather, then it could be a bug. A quick restart might help, or you could abandon this quest entirely.
Are any of the quests missable?
No, you will find all the quests by following the above guide, but you might encounter bugs that will prevent you from completing some of the quests.
