Waterpark Simulator – How To Raise Satisfaction Levels

By Kirthana KAugust 4, 20264 Mins Read

    Key Points

    • Satisfaction levels will determine whether your park is enjoyable for visitors.
    • At the end of the day, you can read your report to find out what went wrong and improve on it.
    • The higher the satisfaction level, the higher the customer traffic will be.

At the end of the day, your main goal of Waterpark Simulator is to drive as much traffic as possible to your park. Just handing out flyers alone isn’t enough, as your customers will also leave reviews about your park for other visitors to see. If you get a lot of complaints and don’t act on them soon enough, then you will see your park’s satisfaction level tanking, which isn’t a good sign.

    What is Satisfaction Level

While checking your daily report, you would have noticed a section under the Park subheading that shows the Satisfaction of your park. What it essentially means is how well your park is maintained and whether you had any casualties that day. On either side of the daily report are the reviews. One side will mention all the good things about the park, while the other mentions all the bad reviews.

If your bad reviews outweigh the good, then your overall park satisfaction level will be lower. A low satisfaction level will not only reduce traffic to your park, but will also affect your tips. Tips are what will keep your park running for longer apart from the usual park fees, so you should always take your time reading through all the reviews and actively work on them.

    How to Improve Satisfaction Level

Improving satisfaction level is simple; you just need to improve your park and work on your facilities. Go through all the bad reviews and make the appropriate changes wherever possible. To further improve satisfaction, adding new attractions and decorations will also help. Hiring staff will make it easier to maintain your park more efficiently and meet the customers’ needs.

Some things that I found that helped improve and increase satisfaction levels are:

    • Keep a stock of food and serve food on time.
    • Don’t keep customers waiting at the ticket line.
    • Repair any broken equipment and keep the pools and surroundings clean.
    • Help customers when they are in need.
    • Get rid of unruly visitors like perverts and vandals to keep the park safe.
    • Add more decorations if visitors start feeling bored.
    • Unlock more pools and expansions to accommodate more visitors.

Technically, you can improve satisfaction levels as you pay attention to your customers. One thing that helped me know whether my customers were enjoying the park in real time was to pay attention to their speech bubbles or emotes that appear over their heads.

If they were angry or upset over something, I would figure out what the problem was and immediately rectify it. Even something as small as a dirty bathroom can easily tank your satisfaction level, so always keep an eye on your visitors and continuously work on your park maintenance.

    FAQs

Can I improve my park’s satisfaction level even if it is too low?

Yes, you can always work on improving your park by reading all the negative reviews every time you view your daily report.

I can’t bring my satisfaction level up beyond 80%, what do I do?

Purchasing new decor and new rides, as well as expanding your park, are some ways to further improve the satisfaction level. If you have tried these, then hire enough staff to manage the park and make sure you read the reviews daily.

How do I bring in more customer traffic?

The best way to increase customer traffic is to work on your marketing strategies by handing out flyers to all passersby on the street. Also, if you have maintained your park well enough, you will find more customers appearing through word of mouth.
