How to Get the Smell Off Customers
Some customers in TCG Card Shop Simulator take their hygiene very lightly, but what they don’t know is that this can disrupt other customers who wish to shop for cards in your store. While you might think that their hygiene practices shouldn’t concern you, it definitely will once you find customers leaving because of a particular stench. Luckily, your online store supplies do have certain fixes for smelly customers.
Cleansers
Head over to the Stock Order app on your phone and select the Accessories tab. Select the Cleanser option here. You can either purchase the 8 pack or 16 pack. The 16 pack unlocks at Shop Level 9, so you can make do with the basic 8 pack early on. I recommend choosing the 16 pack when available, so you don’t have to keep running to the online store frequently.
You can pick up the delivery box outside and place the Cleansers on the shelves directly. Anytime a smelly customer walks in, just pick up the Cleanser and spray them with it.
Auto Scent m100
The next most convenient but expensive method in TCG Card Shop Simulator is to purchase the Auto Scent m100. You will find this item in the DIY app on your phone. Scroll down to find an air purifier-looking machine for $500. Once purchased, place it near the entrance of your store and place 2 Cleansers inside.
That way, each time a smelly customer walks by, the machine will automatically spray them. You can purchase multiple of these machines and stock them up with Cleansers and place them around your store. I suggest placing at least 3 of them near the entrance to blast all the stink off the smelly customers.
How to Identify Smelly Customers
Customers with a distinct stench will always come covered in a vile green gaseous fume. You can miss them, and you can even spot these customer types from a mile away. I won’t suggest waiting until they enter your store and mess up everyone’s day. Rather, take the Cleanser spray directly to them and spray them down until the fumes evaporate off their body.

Yes, any cleanser that has been used can still be sold or packed away, provided it is not empty.
How do I refill the Auto Scent m100?
You need to wait for both Cleanser cans to be completely empty before you can add new ones. Then, walk over with your new Cleanser can and just add it normally inside the machine.
Why aren’t my customers getting clean?
If you are using the Auto Scent m100, you need to wait for the customer to walk by it to get sprayed down. But one machine won’t do; you will need at least 3 of these machines in close proximity to spray down a customer at the same time. If that fails, go after them with the Cleanser can and directly hose them down.
