How to Start The Rogues Camp Quest
I found this quest in Chapter 3, so it takes some time to reach. Depending on whether you joined the Old Camp or New Camp, speak to Thorus or Lee. Since I was part of Old Camp, I had to speak to Thorus. If you had joined New Camp instead, speak to Lee near the Residential Cave to get the quest.
Rogues Camp Location
The start of this quest happens when going north of Old Camp. From the camp’s northern exit, head straight until you find a bridge. Go over it and continue to go straight ahead up the hill. You will eventually reach a cave, and there will be a path that goes over the cave. Once you reach the top, turn around to find another path going behind you.
This path will eventually lead you to a cave, and inside is a mercenary called Brannok that you need to take care of first. After speaking to him, you will get two options: either fight him or complete his side quest. I chose to fight him to get on with the rest of the questline, but if you wish to help him, then you need to pick the right dialog options.
Bar the Truth Quest Guide
This option is only available if you are a Warder and have access to the Old Camp Castle, along with picking up this quest from Thorus. If you had joined New Camp instead and had spoken to Lee for the quest, you could still pick up the side quest, provided you have access to the castle.
Then, while speaking to Brannok, pick the dialog options to explore more of the cave and go through the door. When Brannok offers you the quest, tell him you can handle it. Then, head over to the Old Camp Castle and take the right side path from the entrance. Once you reach the end, take the ladder on your left and head down.
You will find a locked door here, so lockpick it and continue to the door on the left. Lockpick the gate beyond the door to enter the prison. Explore the prison to find Arlin, then you can choose to free him or kill him. I chose to free him, since he hands out an awesome reward later on. To free him, kill the guard on patrol and get the key off his body. Free Arlin and return to Brannok.
Finding Quentin
After returning to Brannok and completing his quest, go up the wooden bridge, which is the entrance to Rogue’s Camp. Continue down the linear path and keep going up the stairs. Eventually, you will reach the exit, and beyond that is the Outlaw Camp. You will find Arlin within this camp. Speak to him to get 5x Lockpicks and additional free lockpicks when you visit him over the next few days.
Continue to go ahead while sticking to your right. While going through the camp, keep an eye out for a flight of stairs on your right. Once you enter the tunnel, the rest of the path is pretty straightforward. Keep going straight ahead until you exit the cave, then continue down the path. You will eventually pass by a waterfall.
Continue to go past it to the next area, where you will spot another waterfall. In front of the waterfall is a bridge; go over it and enter the hut ahead. Go over to the other side of the hut, and you will find Quentin over here. Speak to him, then return to either Lee or Thorus to complete the quest.

FAQs
I accidentally killed everyone in Rogue’s Camp before I picked up this quest from Thorus/Lee. What should I do?
Unless you can load a previous save file, you can’t pick up this quest anymore if you have killed everyone in the camp. Luckily, this is just a side quest, and you won’t face any consequences for your actions.
I can’t find Quentin. What do I do?
If you can’t find Quentin behind the hut, then he could be inside the caves nearby. If you still can’t find him, then try skipping a day or restarting the game.
What rewards will I get for completing the quest?
You will get 1500 XP from Thorus or Lee after completing the quest. Lee will give you additional 100 Ore Nuggets as well.
