Best Way to Get Bandages

While bandages can be crafted, it will take a long time to gather all the ingredients. Personally, I found that completing one of the Secrets quests across the different regions helped me farm bandages more frequently. Depending on which faction you are more aligned with, you need to pick up the quest called Secrets of Dundrum/ Secrets of Ystad/ Secrets of Serai.
To start the quests, you need to visit the dungeons near the forts of your chosen faction’s region. For Midlander, you will find a dungeon to the west of Fort Dundrum. For the Ismir faction, check the area around the Ystad fort. The same goes for the Sangmar faction; you need to find the dungeon near Fort Serai.
Completing the Quest
I recommend going through this quest in a group, as the questline involves taking down several enemies and a boss. It will also help if you are level 55 and higher to scale with the dungeon’s difficulty. After entering the dungeon, look to your right to find the quest and the quest’s objective.
Each enemy you kill during your encounter will be added to the enemy counter. After meeting the requirement, you will be given the first quest reward. Continue through the dungeon until you find the boss and kill it to complete the second objective and collect the second reward.
Keep going through the dungeon and kill all the remaining enemies to get to the final leg of the quest. At the end of the quest, you can either kill the remaining enemies at the end of the dungeon or collect the crates and retrieve the stolen goods. After completing the final task, select the Bandages from the list of rewards.
