The Guild’s Request is one such quest that unlocks at level 13, and for the quest, you need to find the Resident’s Request Office to pick up the Weekly Request.

How to Complete the Guild’s Request Quest
After reaching D.G. Member Level 13, I automatically unlocked the Guild’s Request quest. Then, I checked the left side of the screen to find two quest objectives. One of the objectives was to obtain the weekly challenge from the Resident Request Office. To find the Resident Request Office, I had to click on the calendar icon beside the mini-map on the top left corner.
How to Complete an Event Request
Under the Weekly Request, pick up the challenge for the week. The Weekly Request will change each week, so make it a point to check the Resident Request Office after the weekly reset to obtain new challenges. Most challenges will be hobby-related, where you might have to complete hobby personal goals or work with your guild to complete challenges.
