There are 12 collectibles in the game, one in each chapter. Getting each collectible will earn you one achievement. Getting all of them will get you the 100% clearance trophy at the end.

How to unlock	In the Time Passage chapter, head upstairs and turn left to find the secret.

How to unlock	After the shell lifts, in the Coral Sanctum chapter, allowing you to enter the open water area, find an alcove on the right to find the secret here.

How to unlock	Solve the waterfall puzzle at the back of the Pollen Falls chapter.

How to unlock	After the lighthouse helps you open the door in the Lock Keeper, head inside and solve the puzzle on the left to find the secret flower.

How to unlock	Head inside the waterfall after the light destroys the log in the Wither Sprawl chapter.

How to unlock	Get under the path under the tree branch in the lightbulb NPC area in Wither Storm.

Note: You can swim under the tree branch; having the NPC on your boat will not help you pass it.

How to unlock	Complete the game.

If you accidentally miss an achievement, then you have the option to go through Chapter Select to complete the puzzle to get the trophy at the end. You can access the Chapter Select at any point in the game; you don’t have to complete the game to gain access to the system.
