How to Build Your First Card Deck
When you first start your card store, you don’t just have to sell or purchase cards to run it. You can also participate in matches with other fellow card collectors and win them to unlock new cards and decks. If you have no experience in building your first deck, here is a step-by-step process to do so in TCG Card Shop Simulator.
- First, pull up your phone and select the My DIY icon.
- Next, scroll down the list to find the Workbench. The workbench costs $1000.
- After you purchase the workbench, set it down anywhere in your store.
- Then, interact with the workbench and select the Deck Edit option.
- Select the empty slot here to build your first deck. This will bring up your card collection.
- From here, all you need to do is select which cards you would like to add to your deck.
I recommend going through each card if this is your first time and reading the descriptions on each. Your card deck can be used in tournaments and regular matches, so having the optimal deck is absolutely necessary. Select each card using your LMB to view it, and use the RMB to place it in your deck.
As for an optimal deck in TCG Card Shop Simulator, I suggest having a handful of basic cards and 1 or possibly 2 evolution cards of the same set. You can have up to 50 cards in a deck, so you can go a bit crazy trying to build the best deck ever. In case you are low on cards or missing certain cards, you can always buy more decks from the in-game store and add them to your collection.
Anytime you wish to change the cards in your deck, you need to visit the workbench for that. You can also create a new deck if you want to focus more on certain elements or certain characters too.
