How to Find Irradiated Seeds

You will find the irradiated seeds in the nuked version of Nuketown. First, you need to follow the steps to collect chalk, then fix the swing in the Yellow House Backyard, and place the chalk on it. Once the cutscene ends, visit the Yellow House Garage and grab the Irradiated Seeds pouch from the red box on the shelf, next to the electricity trap.
How to Use Irradiated Seeds

You need to find a dirt mound to plant the Irradiated Seeds. For this step, head into the non-nuked version of Nuketown and make your way to Trinity Ave. To the left of the Pack-A-Punch machine, inside the garden, is a dirt mound. Interact with it and plant your seeds.
To grow your new plant, you need to get the Blundergat wonder weapon and upgrade it to Sundergat. You need to use the Sundergat to collect souls. Use these souls on the tree to help it grow. Travel back to the nuked version of Nuketown to find a fully grown tree in the same spot. Use the Tomahawk and toss it at the tree to collect strange firewood.
How to Use Strange Firewood

Toss the Tomahawk at the tree three times until you get three Strange Firewood. Then, visit the non-nuked version of Nuketown and head inside the Yellow House. Place the wood inside the fireplace and toss a Molotov cocktail at it.
Once the fireplace is lit, travel to the nuked version of Nuketown and find a large X on the floor around the Cul-De-Sac. Step on it to turn it blue, then head back to non-nuked Nuketown to find a new Hopscotch Easter Egg at Trinity Ave.

FAQs
I can’t find the tree on my map. What do I do?
You might need to travel to the pre- and post-nuclear Nuketown and check out the area beside the Pack-A-Punch machine to find the tree. Try alternating between both worlds until you find the fully grown tree.
How to play the Hopscotch game?
Interact with the hopscotch and step on each numbered tile from 1 to 11 in order. Do not step on the tiles with black holes on them and wait for the hole to disappear before stepping on the next tile. Once you reach tile 11, turn around and jump down the tiles from 11 to 1, again avoiding the tiles with the black hole.
Can I use the Strange Firewood for crafting?
Right now, there are no other uses for the strange firewood besides using it for the Easter Egg.
