The final chapter of Resident Evil Requiem will reveal the final truth, bringing you one step closer to the end. Before you get to this point, you need to bring both Leon and Grace to the Central Refining System’s admin room to have the truth revealed to you. Getting to this point will be harder than usual, especially if you don’t know the right way.

Head to the Central Refining System (Grace)
After obtaining the Override Key and clearing a path for Leon trapped in the dump, your next task is to head over to the Central Refining System. Pick up the Magnetic Key from the case behind the Dump Control Room terminal you were at and return to the save station at the Laboratory Entrance.
Enter the Bioweapon Respiratory 02 to the right and use the Magnetic Key on the door ahead to enter the Cleanroom. Pick up the Animus Orb inside the crate on the table nearby. Exit the room and enter the Sterilization Room beside the Bioweapon Respiratory to find a safe. The code for the Sterilization Room safe is:
- Normal: 10 (right), 90 (left), 20 (right)
- Insanity: 80 (left), 50 (right), 0 (left)
Return to the save station and use the Magnetic Key on the locked door ahead. Enter the Lobby and place the Animus Orb into the slot beside the door, but you will require another orb to unlock the door.
Find a Way to Open the Door
Enter the Monitor Control Room on your left to find a safe and a recipe to craft a Bottle of Acid. The Monitor Control Room safe code is:
- Normal: 50 (left), 60 (right), 80 (left)
- Insanity: 20 (left), 0 (right), 70 (left)
Exit the room and continue down the passage ahead. Enter the door with the green light and take the stairs down. Head into the Bioweapon Repository 05, but beware of enemies patrolling the floor.
After bypassing them all, head upstairs and into the Operations Room ahead. Pick up the Noblesse Orb from within the chest on the table, then return to the Lobby. Place the second orb into the door slot and enter the Archives. Interact with the console ahead and watch the rest of the cutscene unfold.
Head to the Central Refining System (Leon)
After getting out of the dump, use the save station in the Backroom, then make your way to Bioweapon Repository 11. Check out the B4 Floor Plan on the wall above the terminal to find a marked location to the Systems Management room. Make your way towards the room to find it locked. Head down the stairs towards Bioweapon Repository 12 and go past or kill all the Lickers here. Find a console with the red light and interact with it.
Enter the room ahead but beware of Lickers inside. You will find another console to activate here, so do just that. Head down the newly opened corridor and head up the stairs. Pick up the Override Key (Bioweapon Repository 11). Head back to the Bioweapon Repository 11 and use the key on the console with the red light.
You need to now fight waves of Lickers and Zombies until the lift appears to take you up. Upon reaching, follow the linear path forward and head over to the second lift towards the Central Refining System, which will start another cutscene.

What items can I find inside the two safes?
Within the Monitor Control Room safe, you will find 2x Bottles of Acid and 1x Med Injector. Inside the Sterilization Control Room safe, you will get several handgun ammo, 1x Molotov Cocktail, and 1x Med Injector.
What happens after I send Leon and Grace to the Central Refining System?
After sending both characters here, you are one step closer to unlocking one of the two endings for the game.
Should I destroy or release Elpis?
Destroying Elpis will reveal the bad ending, while releasing Elpis will show you the good ending. The choice depends on which ending you would like to see.
