How to Get Copper

In your starting island, you will find copper inside mines scattered across the Coastal Jungles map. You will require a stone pickaxe or better to start mining copper. While exploring the mines, step close to the rocky formations near the walls to get the Copper Ore pop-up. This will also reveal the copper rarity, whether you are mining poor copper or regular copper. Use the pickaxe to start mining copper ore, which you will find in your inventory.
How to Use Copper

Once you have gathered enough copper ore, head over to your base and build a smelting furnace using 15x clay and 30x stone. Interact with the furnace and add 6x copper ore and 1x charcoal to get 1x copper ingot. With this, you get to craft bullets, upgrade armor and weapons, and build more structures for your base, like the Disassembly Unit.
