Hidden Childhood is a simple and cute side quest in Wuthering Waves. It has a time limit, but the objective is pretty fun. While there are no Astrite rewards that can be earned from this quest, you can still stand to gain some interesting leveling-up materials along with some Shell Credits!

How to Start Hidden Childhood Wuthering Waves Quest
- Travel to the Lahai-Roi region.
- Use the Resonance Beacon in the Orbit Valley Pass.
- Approach the Giant’s Gaze.
- Go to the South until you find three kids.
- The kids will be arguing about who’s ‘It’.
- Interact with the kids to start the quest.
- Find all three kids before the time runs out.
Location of the First Kid (Pippi)
Once the timer starts, go to the left side. You can find Pippi hiding behind a massive rock. Interact with her to catch her (Select the prompt ‘Found You’). Now you can move on to the next two.
Location of the Second Kid (Jode)
Jode can be found on the Balcony of a nearby building. This building is located south of Pippi’s hiding location. Climb the building and interact with Jode to catch him. Now you can move to catching Celo.
Location of the Third Kid (Celo)
Locating Cleo is arguably the trickiest part of this simple quest. She totally blends herself with the Ironhoof near the water and won’t be visible until you approach the beast. I recommend that you stand very close to the beast and interact with it. Once you are close enough, the ‘Found You’ option will pop up. Select it to complete the quest.
Hidden Childhood Wuthering Waves Quest Rewards
Once you have found all three kids, a cutscene will play out. You can skip this cinematic if you want. Once the scene is complete, the achievement will unlock, and the Hidden Childhood quest will be marked as complete. You will also gain the following rewards:
- Medium Resonance Potion (x2)
- Medium Sealed Tube (x2)
- Shell Credit (x15,000)
Furthermore, completing this particular quest will also unlock another side quest called ‘Final Reverbation I’.

Why can’t I find Celo?
Celo, unlike the other two kids, will not be visible, even if you get close to her hiding place. Even in the initial cutscene, the other two kids are admiring how she’s always the last one left. I recommend that you stand as close to the Ironhoof as possible. Even when you can’t see her, the prompt to catch her will pop up.
What is the Final Reverbation I?
This is another short side quest that unlocks after you have completed Hidden Childhood. In this quest, you only need to visit two other locations and interact with a discarded log to unlock the second quest in the Final Reverbation series.
