If you are looking for a way to turn in your Oracle Stones, then you need to find the Witch’s House in Neverness to Everness. Once you discover Blackbird’s lair, you can unlock several goodies besides just turning in the Oracle Stones.

Where to Find the Witch’s House
The Witch’s House is the only place where you can turn in all your collected Oracle Stones. While checking out the map, I found a unique marker at Bridge Crossings, right to the south of Wertheimer Tower. If you are looking at the map too, then look around for a unique purple orb right next to Fox Window Street. Once you head over to the marked location, you will find a unique house. Step inside the house to speak to Blackbird the Witch.
What Does Blackbird do
Blackbird acts as another vendor in the game, but you need to turn in a unique currency called Oracle Stones to purchase items from her store. Oracle Stones are collectible orbs found all across the map. Once you have collected a few, return to Blackbird and trade them in for varying amounts of Annulith, VitalMax Energy Bars, Beetle Coins, Fond, Hunter EXP, and more.
Besides this, Blackbird can also perform Divinations if you select the Fortune Reading option. This will give you an option of three choices, and you can read the fortune behind all three choices once per day. The choices given to you will be random, such as increasing your character’s stats, unlocking new quests, or helping you unlock new treasures.
How to Find Oracle Stones
The easiest method that helped me find all Oracle Stones was to find the Oracle Crystal. But I couldn’t get my hands on the crystal straightaway, as I had to turn in 7 Oracle Stones to Blackbird to increase the Divination level to level 3. While 7 may not be a big number, finding these tiny orbs posed a huge challenge. Some of them were marked on the map already, as indicated by a red raven icon. These icons also appeared on the mini map while I moved around.
To collect the stones, all I had to do was walk as close as possible to them to automatically collect them. I had a better time finding several Oracle Stones by scaling buildings and checking the rooftops. After turning in 7 Oracle Stones and obtaining the Oracle Crystal, the crystal was automatically equipped in the radial menu. Interacting with it dropped it to the floor, which highlighted all nearby Oracle Stones in the area.
