What does Fatigue do
Fatigue is one of the player attributes that you need to keep a tab on so your character doesn’t blackout or die. A high fatigue will put you at risk of getting extremely tired to perform day to day activities. A low fatigue is ideal, as this will help you complete your tasks in a timely manner and help you progress the game.
How to Lower Fatigue
Sleeping is the best way to lower fatigue. You can sleep on your bed, couch, bench, or the back of the Gifu. Another way to lower fatigue is to consume caffeinated beverages like energy drinks or coffee. This will give you a temporary boost in energy, helping you perform your tasks longer.
Do note that consuming too much caffeine will get you addicted, which will cause an adverse effect instead and raise fatigue. Lastly, driving over 120 km/h seems to help the player relax and decrease fatigue too.
How to Increase Fatigue
You might want to increase fatigue if you want to end your day quicker and move on to the next day.
