How to Get Prestige Points

Using up Prestige Points is the only way to allocate new perks and upgrades to the game. You will start earning prestige points very early in the game by eating through mountains. Each mountain that you consume has a chance to give you 1 PP. Later on, after you have accumulated enough PP, you can purchase upgrades using these points. Some of these upgrades offer a chance to increase the accumulated PP.
Besides this, if you come across bosses, then you have a better chance of farming PP through them. But defeating bosses should be kept as a last resort, since you need to enhance your build and work on that first. And finally, some Artifacts can add a few PP once uncovered, or will give you perks that will help clear mountains quicker and accumulate PP.
How to Use Prestige Points

Prestige Points can only be used up after ending your current run. To use PP, after completing your run, click on the crown icon, and then click and hold down on the message that says Hold to Prestige. This will bring up the Prestige page, where you can spend your hard-earned points on upgrades that you want. After that, click on the Begin Game option on the left side of the screen, after which your applied prestige will be activated during this run.
Spending PP will perform a kind of reset on your current run. Hence, you should use Prestige sparingly and only under certain circumstances. If you find that going through mountains has become harder or if you haven’t purchased anything in a while, then using PP to get unique upgrades will help you go through the game quickly.
In short, using PP before tough challenges like boss fights, unclearable or stagnant mountain progress, collecting Artifacts, or if your gold reserves are high, then unlocking the various Prestige perks will help pave the way for an easier gameplay experience.
