How to Complete the Great Britannia Expedition Phase 1
Phase 1 of the Great Britannia Expedition limited time event offers several objectives. There are 4 bosses to find and defeat, and 3 items to locate. As the final part of the phase objectives, you need to capture a horse and tame it as a rideable pet. Luckily, I did not have a hard time completing the event objectives, so let’s start with tracking down all the required bosses around Liones.
Defeat the Lioness Bosses

There are four bosses in the list that you need to find and defeat: the Giant Bird, Bigmoss, Werebear Chieftain, and Banakro. I’ve compiled an easy-to-follow table that lists where each boss is located around Liones. Defeating them is quite easy if you have leveled up your characters, and these bosses can be tried in early games, too.
| Boss | Location |
| Giant Bird | Giant Bird’s Nest waypoint northwest of the Liones Forest waypoint. |
| Bigmoss | Inside a cave east of the Bigmoss Habitat waypoint, located south of the Hunter’s Hut |
| Werebear Chieftain | Southwest of Werebear Camp waypoint. |
| Banakro | Northeast of the Crescent Moon Island waypoint. To get to the island, take the wind tunnel south of Moonrise Hill waypoint. |
Rewards: Cube Key x25
How to Get Mermaid’s Tear, Unnamed Knight’s Token, and Evening Primrose

The next part of the quest requires you to find three unique items. If you are having a tough time, I’ve made a simple route to find all three items. While visiting Moonrise Hill waypoint, check around the lighthouse to find the first item, the Evening Primrose. As for the Mermaid’s Tear, you will find it along the shoreline northeast of Hunter’s Hut waypoint.
Look around for clams holding pearls on the shore to collect this item. Lastly, the Unnamed Knight’s Token is found near the Liones Plains waypoint. Take the eastern path from the waypoint until you reach a bunny farm. Continue up the road a bit until you find a lone tent on your left, away from the main camp. Enter the tent to find the Unnamed Knight’s Token.
Rewards: High-purity Potion of Charm x2, Platinum Ingot x3, SSR Magic Crystal Shard x1
How to Catch a Horse

Now comes the final objective of the event: to capture a horse. I’ve found a barn filled with horses to the west of the Liones Plains waypoint. If you have completed the event objective to find Mermaid’s Tear, then you should have 2 High Purity Potion of Charm in your inventory. This is an easy way to tame the horse and turn them into a rideable pet.
If you haven’t learnt how to capture pets, this guide will help you out with that. Once you have your potion ready, carry that with you while entering the barn. The horses will run away upon your arrival, so wait for them to stand still. Then, use the Potion of Charm and capture the horse, which will complete the task.
Reward: Concentrated Potion of Charm x1
