| How to Get Espinas | Defeat Espinas |
| How to Get Brachydios | Defeat Brachydios |
How to Get Astalos
Before embarking on my adventure to get the Astalos egg, I needed a weapon with the Perfect Crush skill embedded in it. Most hammers will do the trick here. Alongside this, I added a flying monstie, which is a requirement to reach the area for the Astalos egg. After that, head north of the Mirror Lake fast travel point, as marked on the map above.
After reaching the spot, use your flying monster to fly northwest to the top of the hill. Continue down the path until you reach the Invasive Seregios den. Defeat the monster to get the Astalos egg. If you are having trouble fighting any of the invasive species, check out our Invasive Monsters Guide to know how to unlock them all.
How to Get Espinas
There are no prerequisites to follow here, besides getting the right monsties to deal with Espinas’ attacks. I picked the Purple Gypceros to help me out here, but you can bring along any monstie that deals Speed and Technical attacks to counter the Espinas. Once ready, make your way to Broadleaf Basin lookout point at night.
Travel west along the length of the island and step into the water. Continue west until you find a cave entrance. Head inside to find Espinas sleeping. Defeat it using the counterattack types mentioned above. Food buffs and other consumables will help power up your team, helping you win this fight quickly. Once defeated, you will get the Espinas egg.
How to Get Lagiacrus
This is another monster you will find near the Mirror Lake fast travel point. As with the Espinas, I found the Lagiacrus at night. I swam to that point, but you can also use a flying monstie to pass through the gap between the two islands.
As you travel north on the water, you will reach the cave of the Invasive Plesioth. Make the monster retreat using fire attacks to get the Lagiacrus egg. You can check out the guide linked above to know how to defeat the Invasive Plesioth.
How to Get Brachydios
This one was easier for me to spot, since the Brachy is clearly out in the open. To find the Brachydios yourself, start at the Ancient Battlegrounds fast travel point at night. Travel south to find a wandering Brachy. I managed to defeat it by using water attacks and frequently applying paralysis status effects. Eventually, it will retreat, so use this time to head into the cave and collect the Brachy egg.
