Slime Rancher 2’s latest update adds Radiant Slimes to the game, along with a new currency, Sprinkles. Naturally, the only way to earn Sprinkles is to have Radiant Slimes and more Decor in a Sanctuary Room. Sprinkles are used to buy upgrades for your Sanctuary, which makes them a sought-after currency, but the spawn chances for Radiant Slimes are extremely low. So, here’s where you can find guaranteed Radiant Slime spawns in Slime Rancher 2.

Radiant Slime #1: Phosphor Slime
The Phosphor Slime is located in Slime Rancher 2’s first area, The Rainbow Fields. Start at the area marked in the image above, located to the north of the region. From there, you need to keep moving north through the canyon, towards the Slime Sea and the red arrow shown in the image above.
You’ll also find a couple of Treasure Pods along the way, and I recommend grabbing them while you can. Stick to the east and head right into a small cave by jumping onto the platform. Head past the Lost and Found platform (the multicolored platform) and exit the area.
When you reach the Slime Sea, take the path to the right to find an area full of Slimes. You’ll find your first guaranteed Radiant Slime here. Once the Phosphor Slime ejects, use the Vackpack to suck it up and add it to your inventory.
Radiant Slime #2: Crystal Slime
Next, head to the Ember Valley, which unlocks after you feed the Pink Gordo in The Rainbow Fields in Slime Rancher 2. Start at the location as shown in the image above, and aim at the Slime statue directly in front of you. From there, use the Jetpack to move across to the broken stone bridge ahead.
Once you reach the broken stone bridge, follow it to find the large room with the Pink Plorts and the Tabby Plorts. As soon as you enter the room, the Crystal Slime spawns near the centre of the area, so use your Vackpack to absorb it and add it to your inventory.
Radiant Slime #3: Hunter Slime
This one’s located at the Ember Valley as well. After obtaining the Crystal Slime in Slime Rancher 2, head back and exit the area from the opening opposite to your location. Turn right and use your Jetpack to drop down to the platform in front of you.
Follow the path ahead, and use your Jetpack again to drop down to the platform with the greenery. Upon dropping down, turn left to find a large clearing. This area is recognizable for the large tree with red leaves at its centre. Enter the area to find the Hunter Slime spawn, then use your Vacpack to pull it into your inventory.
Radiant Slime #4: Yolky Slime
To get this Radiant Slime, feed the Cotton Gordo in the southwest corner of The Rainbow Fields and unlock Sarlight Strand in Slime Rancher 2. Once you’ve done that, head to the eastern part of the location, as shown in the image above. You’ll encounter a Refinery Link here.
Head past the Refinery Link and climb the stone platforms until you reach another room with a Pink Mangrove, similar to the one in Ember Valley. The Yolky Slime spawns near the Pink Mangrove, so use your Vacpack to suck it up.
Radiant Slime #5: Tangle Slime
The next one’s the last Radiant Slime at the Starlight Strands in Slime Rancher 2. Start at the location shown in the image above, and follow the path to your left until you reach the Sand Pits. You’ll encounter the Tangle Slime at the very back of this large area, near a stone structure with a circular hole. Use the Vacpack and add this Radiant Slime to your collection.
Radiant Slime #6: Phosphor Slime
For the next Radiant Slime, head to the Powderfall Bluffs. To access this area, you need to unlock the teleport pad hidden in the secret waterfall cave in northern Ember Valley with a Boom, Tabby, and Platty Plort. After unlocking this area, head to the location as shown in the image above.
From here, go to your right and head underground. Follow the path ahead and drop down to the underground area with the Boom Crystal Largos and the Crystal Plorts. Turn around and head straight past the danger sign, denoted by a red Slime to your right.
Take the path to the left, follow it around, then go left to reach a large room with Feral Slimes on your right. You’ll find the Phosphor Slime hanging out with them, so use the Vacpack to follow protocol and absorb it in Slime Rancher 2.
Radiant Slime #7: Dervish Slime
The last three Radiant Slimes are located in The Grey Labyrinth, the last area in Slime Rancher 2. The first you’ll find is the Dervish Slime, so start at the location as shown in the image above. From here, head straight up the pair of stairs, then take a left.
Follow the path ahead past the Pink Plorts and the Pink Twin Largos to another staircase. At the end of it, you’ll encounter the Dervish Slime near the dark robot, so all you have to do now is use your Vackpack and get to work.
Radiant Slime #8: Tabby Slime
From the Dervish Slime, head to the opposite side where another Slime statue is located. Use the Jetpack to reach the elevated room to your left with some large pipes. Exit through the door ahead and continue down the path to find the Tabby Slime near another robot in Slime Rancher 2.
Radiant Slime #9: Cotton Slime
From the Tabby Slime, use the Jetpack to reach the stone bridge to your left. Stand atop the stone bridge’s overhead platform and aim left. Then, use the Jetpack again to jump over the wall in front of you. Here, you’ll obtain the final Radiant Slime near the robot, the Cotton Slime in Slime Rancher 2.
