Finding the Doctor Preparation
Finding the second vendor in the game is not easy, as the Doctor’s location is quite far from your cabin and the Village. For more accuracy, I found him in the School map, to the northeast of the village. This makes the journey all the more tiresome, since you need to transfer from one map to another. Doing so will drain your stats a bit, so before you head out, I recommend stocking up on supplies and ammo.
The best way to do this is to visit the first vendor in the game, the Generalist. If you haven’t found the Generalist yet, I found an easy way to locate him. First, follow the train tracks outside the Village until you find a couple of red buildings near a lake on your left. Go through the shed opening and get to the other side.
Turn around and enter the warehouse to your left to find the Generalist vendor. Purchase and stock up on consumables like food, medicine, and water to help you on your journey.
Easy Route to Find the Doctor
Make your way to the Village, then continue south while hugging the shoreline. Continue to go straight until you reach the yellow-taped area, which signals the end of the Village map. From here, head left and follow the tape until you reach the opening on the road that takes you to the School map.
As mentioned earlier, transitioning between maps will drain some health and energy, so have any consumables on you after entering the School. Now, all you need to do is continue down the main road until you find the large school building on your left.
Along the way, you might spot a couple of bandits in and around the school, so keep an eye out for them. Once you spot the large orange building, head inside and make your way to the third floor. Enter the first door on your right to find the Doctor.
