Completing this mission also helps in the next one that you get on Day 21 – The Lone Walkers, so keep this quest in mind as well when working on the Modern Prometheus.
Step #1 – Listen for Stuart’s story
I encountered this quest after starting Day 20. While completing the usual check-in scans of the suspects, you will find Stuart. He will explain why he has a head of a zombie in his backpack, and that he is working on assembling the zombie for research. He just needs 4 infected limbs to make it work. Send him to the Survivor’s Block to get the next objective.
Step #2 – Collect 4 different body parts
The first body part I could get was the zombie head from Stuart’s belongings. After that, keep investigating people’s backpacks during the check-in process to get the other 3. They will appear randomly, so keep an eye out for them. The only drawback to collecting the body parts is that you will lose -10$ per body part touched.
Step #3 – Talk to Stuart
Head over to the Survivor’s Block to find Stuart. Tell him about collecting all the body parts, after which he will thank you. Now all you have to do is wait for the news from him the next day. Complete the rest of your shift normally and go to bed.
Step #4 – Kill all zombies
Once Day 21 rolls by, you will be warned of a zombie outbreak at the Survivor’s Block. Quickly head over there and shoot any infected you find. Once done, you will get a quest marker to collect Stuart’s belongings, since he is dead. Head over to his tent to collect a briefcase and some cash.

What happens if I send Stuart to Quarantine instead?
You can still complete the quest if you transfer him from Quarantine to the Survivor’s Block. But leaving him in Quarantine will make him turn and kill everyone inside, which will fail the quest.
What happens if I don’t collect any body parts?
Not collecting the required body parts will fail the quest.
Can I kill Stuart instead of helping him?
Yes, killing Stuart will reward you 400$, but this will fail the quest too.
How can I stop losing money from touching infected body parts?
Currently, there are no workarounds to stop losing money every time you touch an infected body part. Also, you will be putting yourself at risk of infection for handling infected parts, which will hamper your progress.
I couldn’t find any body parts during my search. What now?
You could restart the day to try again, or let the quest fail instead.
