The Valhast is a unique mount in Palia that looks straight out of a fairy tale. With its unique coat and features, you would want to add this peculiar beast to your collection. In case you haven’t found a way to obtain the mount yet, here are some methods that I found worked for obtaining the Valhast.

How to Start Owning Mounts
Like most mounts in the game, you need to build a ranch to have a place for your horse to stay. In case you don’t have a ranch yet, completing the quest Like A Bird will help unlock it. At the end of the quest, Delalia will give you the Barn Bell recipe, after which you can craft the barn. But that’s not all, as you need access to rideable mounts too. For that, complete the side quest Before the Dawn from Hassain, which unlocks after reaching Royal Highlands.
All Ways to Get the Valhast Horse Mount
Purchase the Valhast Bundles
Now that we have all of that out of the way, you are one step closer to unlocking the Valhast mount. There are two methods that help unlock this particular mount. For the first and easiest method, you need to spend real money and purchase the Valhast Riding Bundle or the Valhast Starter Bundle from the premium store. The Valhast Riding Bundle is the only bundle that has the Riding License, as well as the Valhast voucher and a Grow Cookie.
The Valhast Starter Bundle, on the other hand, is the more premium of the two bundles. This bundle offers a legendary cosmetic skin for the mount, a starter bundles consumable item, and the Valhast voucher. The Starter bundle costs 2,975 premium currency, while the Valhast riding bundle costs 2,550 premium currency.
Complete Civic Project: Docks
I recommend going through this route if you wish to obtain the Valhast for free. Make your way to the docks in the southern section of Kilima Valley. Over here, interact with the signboard nearby to start the event. This is a server event, so all players in your server must participate to turn in the required materials to repair the docks. Turning in materials will reward you with Dock XP, which will fill up the meter on top.
As you keep filling up the meter, you can unlock several rewards. One of the rewards available is the Valhast voucher. You can claim it once you get to Level 45 by earning enough XP. To view your rewards, while in the Civic Project: Docks pop-up, click on the View button. This will take you to the Lunar Paths menu.
Select the Civic Project option and claim any unclaimed rewards from here. You can also keep track of your progress this way. Do note that you also need to contribute to the event to earn XP.
How to Own the Valhast
After obtaining the Valhast vouchers from either of the methods listed above, make your way to the Ranch and use the voucher to get the Valhast. If you wish to own more of this particular mount type, you can always spend 10,000 gold at the ranch to purchase them. Using up the voucher will unlock the ability to own and purchase the Valhast infinitely.
