Spring Festival Explained
The Spring Festival is one of the seasonal festivals available in the game, and it always occurs every year on Spring 14. If you step outside your home on that day, you will find Celine waiting for you. Speak to her to learn more about the Spring Festival.
According to the rules, you need to gather enough Breath of Spring flowers to win the competition. You will have exactly three days from the date of announcement to gather the flowers, and Celine will reappear on Spring 17 to claim them.
How to Get Breath of Spring
Unlike other crops in the game, you can’t grow Breath of Spring at your farm. You will, however, find the flowers by completing tasks and performing exploration. I could snag a couple of them by doing my regular farm chores, and I could also get a bunch of them from fishing too. But I found the most effective way to gather the Breath of Spring is to visit the Mines.
While in the Mines, break down as many ores and nodes as you find to get Breath of Spring. You don’t need to venture too far below to collect them, as I could find a handful of flowers in the starting few levels themselves. The only issue with the Mines is that you will lose stamina and health rather quickly down here, so always come prepared with consumables and the best gear that you possibly have.
How to Win the Spring Festival
To win the Spring Festival, you need to gather 50 Breath of Spring before Spring 17. The more you get, the better the result will be. But 50 flowers will put you in first place, which is enough if you wish to get all of the event rewards.
If you don’t have a lot of time for the event but still want to show that you have put in some effort, then the bare minimum flowers you need to gather is 10. Here are the rankings for the amount of flowers you gather, and the rewards you get for each rank.

Most of the items you earn as rewards from completing the Spring Festival will mostly be furniture items, decor, and accessories. If you gather more than 50 flowers, then your prize pool will include a lot more rewards than what is mentioned.

What are the best items to purchase from the Spring Festival stores?
While checking out items to hand out as gifts from the Spring Festival stores, do purchase the Scent of Spring, Floral Tea, and Tulip Cake, as these items are loved by all characters.
I’ve collected several flowers for the event, but my character wasn’t counted as a participant. What do I do?
If you had stored your flowers in your storage and not your inventory, then the event will not count those. Make sure that all flowers are in your bag to have them counted at the end of the event.
Why can’t I purchase certain items in the Spring Festival stores?
If your flower count was too low, then some items won’t be available for purchase. Obtaining more than 50+ flowers will allow you to purchase anything between the three stores.
