With the Fields of Mistria 1.0 underway, you might bump into several familiar faces. Speaking to them won’t yield anything unless you meet them under certain circumstances. If you have visited the Sleeping Dragon Inn frequently, then you can pick up some new quests.
What’s New at The Sleeping Dragon Inn in Fields of Mistria
There are a lot more interactions to view at the Inn after the 1.0 update. If you head over to the Inn on Fridays, you can speak to the NPCs to pick up new activities. These activities will be something quick and creative. When I visited the Inn after the update, I could speak to Adeline and learn how to crochet. What’s more, I could take my new creation home to be put up on display.
In my opinion, once you have some free time in your hands, do visit the Inn on Fridays and speak to everyone there. Sometimes, they might have some new request or new activity that you can pick up, which is a great addition to other features like the Mission Board.
How to Unlock the Friday Night at the Inn Quests
You will unlock this questline very early in the game, at around Spring 5 in Year 1. Check your in-game mail to find a letter from Reina. She will mention meeting up at the Inn at 6 PM, Friday. After doing what she says, you will be introduced to the concept of the Sleeping Dragon Inn.
You will also get a Mixed Fruit Juice recipe and 20x Renown as your reward. As you continue to visit the Inn, you can pick up new quests at every Season of Year 1. If you miss out on one Friday visit, you can still continue your conversations and quests the following week.
What Else to Do At the Inn
Visiting the Inn frequently is a great way to increase your romance levels with your favorite characters. By interacting with them and completing activities with them, you can quickly raise their heart level and unlock new main story quests. Besides this, you can also visit the Inn to purchase consumables to help you refill your stamina before hitting the mines.
