Finding the Lie Down Emote

Like most emotes in the game, you need to find the Lie Down emote during exploration. But first, you need to speak to Manaphy and unlock the new Dive skill by completing its quests. You need to do this part if you wish to unlock the new Bubbly Basin area. After learning how to dive underwater, you are now free to explore the surrounding seas around Bleak Beach.
There is a lot of treasure to find around here, so take your time exploring the seabeds. During exploration, don’t forget to keep an eye out for whirlpools, as disrupting them will give you unique rewards. We are here to find the Lie Down emote, so let’s get going. While near the Poke Center of Bleak Beach, make your way northeast and jump into the water.
Unlocking the Lie Down Emote

You should be swimming towards the island where you would have met Manaphy for the first time. Dive underwater and keep swimming towards the island until you find a whirlpool near a cave entrance. I received a handful of seashells after breaking up the whirlpool, but you could get something else.
Then, enter the cave behind the whirlpool to find a Hearthome Journal on the floor. Reading it will unlock the Lie Down emote, and you can use it like any other emote in the game. Just bring up the emote wheel and your character will automatically lie down for a while.
Safe Blueprint Location

Don’t leave the area just yet, as you can also collect a safe blueprint down here. Exit the cave and continue to swim around the island. Eventually, you will find some breakable rocks at the top portion of the island’s underwater area. Break the rocks to find a tunnel that leads to a secret area. Inside is a Pokeball, and after picking it up, you will get the Safe blueprint.
