How to Complete the Secrets Quest
This side quest is only unlocked after reaching Chapter 3 and after completing Syra’s previous quest. While things look okay at Old Camp, Syra doesn’t think so. Visit her in the castle’s kitchen, and she will tell you that she doesn’t feel safe here anymore. She and a few others plan on leaving Old Camp for Swamp Camp, and she wishes to know if it’s safe over there.

The only way to know if it’s safe to move here is to visit Swamp Camp yourself. Once you are here, speak to Chani at the Swamp Camp temple. You will find the temple on the far east side of the camp. Head inside and make your way to the basement of the temple to find Chani.
If you can’t find Chani here, I could also locate her inside one of the chambers on the lower floor. Once you find her, ask her if the camp is a safe space for women.
Find Velaya and Seraphia
After you get your answer, visit Syra and tell her the news. She will tell you that she isn’t leaving without her friends. Now, you need to find her friends, Velaya and Seraphia, and convince them to move with Syra. I found both of them in the Main Hall during the daytime, but they could be in other locations around the castle, too.
If you are exploring the castle during the evening and night, then check Gomez’s room on the upper floor to find Velaya inside. The only problem with checking the room is that you need to lockpick the door to get inside. This will pose a risk, since you will be detected by the guards patrolling the castle floors.
But you could get lucky too, as sometimes Velaya and Seraphia could be seen walking through the corridors of the upper floors. I still recommend waiting for them to appear in the main hall and speaking to them there. Velaya will agree straightaway, but Seraphia might be a bit skeptical.
You need to talk to both of them again the next day to convince them of the plan. They will eventually agree to stick to the plan and won’t fib about it to anyone. After that, speak to Syra and inform her about her friends, and that will conclude the quest.
