Some quests will require certain weather conditions to be met before advancing through them. While you do get some weather conditions by default, you won’t have snow from the get-go. By following a particular questline, you can unlock a brand new weather condition to your list.

How to Get the It’s Snowing Trophy/Achievement
Snowy weather isn’t available by default, unlike the other weather conditions. Rather, you need to complete Daisy’s side quest to get it. To start, speak to Daisy at Miguel District, right between Caltrop Lake Road and Ironheart 9th Avenue. You will find her in front of the Puka ice cream cart. Speaking to her will start the Retrograde Poem for You side quest.
This quest is pretty simple, as all you need to do is follow Puff the Snowman anomaly around the city and photograph it in various locations. You will find Puff in an open area to the left of the ice cream cart. After speaking to the anomaly, you need to follow the quest markers to find Puff across various locations. If you want to know how I did it, just follow the quest steps below.
- My first stop was at Nekomaru Ramen. After speaking to the owner to give Puff some work, I photographed Puff outside the store holding up the restaurant’s signboard.
- Next, I made my way to 7-Oceans Seafood and purchased the Truck Key Fob from Consuelo for 30,000 Fons. Right after that, I took a photo of Puff on top of the delivery truck.
- Then, using the truck, I left to deliver items to Clicky, Panda Hotpot, and Budoriya. My trip was made easier by following the arrows that appeared on screen to know where to go.
- My next stop was at the Gold Apple Collection Hall. I had to take a look at some of the exhibitions first before taking a photograph of Puff on top of the ice sculpture.
- My final stop was Hethereau Skytower. After taking the elevator up to the rooftop, I took my final photograph of Puff over here.
Once done, change the time to 10:00 AM the next day and head over to Caltrop Lake Station. Ask the passerbys about Puff until you get Mint’s messages. After reading the messages, make your way to Caltrop Lake and check out the quest marker that will lead you to a rock with a grass circle on it. Interact with it to unlock snowy weather.

How do I change the weather?
You can change the weather when you interact with the Time System within the main menu.
Daisy does not appear for me. What do I do?
This is a common bug, and if you are experiencing it, then defeat all the enemies in the area first and restart the game. Come back to Daisy’s location the next day to find her there.
