With the new Riven Tides update, ARC Raiders have a bunch of new quests for players. One such quest is Shoring Up Defenses, which can be a tricky one to solve if you do not know the exact locations. If you are also stuck on this quest, read on below.
How to Complete Shoring Up Defenses Quest in ARC Raiders
To successfully complete this quest, you need to carry out four objectives:
- Destroy 5 Wasps
- Destroy 3 Fireflies
- Use 1 ARC Alloy to reinforce the Raider structure on top of any Stacking Yard crane
- Board up shuttered windows in the hotel.
The first two objectives in this quest are pretty straightforward – you just need to grind the game and defeat 5 Wasps and 3 Fireflies. The real challenge arises when you reach the last two objectives.
To complete the third objective, you need to travel to the Stacking Yard in the Riven Tides map. If you have completed the first two objectives, you would already have the ARC Alloy in your inventory, as Wasps and Fireflies have a high drop rate for it.
Once at the Stacking Yard, start climbing the containers to reach the top parts of the red cranes present in this area. There will be ziplines for you to climb on top of these red cranes too.
Upon reaching the upper beams, wander around until you see the Repair (F key) option pop up. Use your ARC Alloy to repair the Stacking Yard crane to complete the third objective.
For the final objective, travel to Hotel Panorama Azzurro in the Riven Tides map. Explore the area until you spot red shuttered windows in the hotel, as shown in the image above. Go near the shuttered windows and press the F key to board them up again.
By following these simple steps, you will successfully complete the Shoring Up Defenses quest in ARC Raiders.
