How to Get the Kuku Gardening Pack Blueprint
The Kuku Gardening Pack is an extremely late-game item that you can unlock after completing Chapter 9. You would also need to complete most, if not all, of the Witches’ quests. This way, you get to cleanse the required Sanctums and unlock various Kuku crafting items and the Kuku workshop.

I obtained the blueprint for the Kuku Gardening Pack while completing one of the witches’ quests. Seek out Lyselia the Witch and help her cleanse the Sanctum of Veneration at Mount Benus. The process of cleansing the sanctum is the same as the other Sanctums in the game.
Defeat all the enemies here and locate the lost pillar cube. Return the cube to the pillar near the contraption to activate it and complete the quest. After that, Lyselia will hand over the Kuku Gardening Pack blueprint.
How to Craft the Kuku Pack
Before you start crafting the Kuku Gardening Pack, you need to craft the basic Kuku Pack. You will unlock the Kuku Pack blueprint after clearing the Sanctum of Penitence for Elowen, The Witch of Wisdom. After that, you can craft the Kuku Pack at the Kilnden Workshop using:
- 1x Peddler’s Pack
- 1x Kuku Pot
To craft a Kuku Pot, you will require 5x Iron Ore and 5x Timber. To get Peddler’s Pack, visit the Totesmith Tannery located southwest of Hernand Highlands and purchase or steal it from the merchant here.
How to Craft the Kuku Gardening Pack

Now that you have the Kuku Pack, you will require the other items to turn it into the Kuku Gardening Pack. The items required are:
- 1x Kuku Pack
- 1x Power Core – Ore of Resipiscence
- 2x Abyss Cells
- 1x Core of Mortification
How to Get Abyss Cells
Abyss cells are dropped by Abyss Creatures found all over the map, especially near Abyss fast travel points. I found a quicker way to get Abyss Cells, and that’s by growing them on my farm. All you need to do is convert an existing Abyss Cell into a seed, planting it, then collecting the fruit from the trees.
How to Get the Core of Mortification
The Core of Mortification is tied to one of the main quests in Chapter 9, “Fragments of Darkness”. Going through the quests will take you to the Sanctum of Mortification. Cleanse the Sanctum, then solve the puzzle at the front of the contraption to get the Core of Mortification.

If you are not familiar with the puzzle solution, aim at the center of the dial and use Blinding Flash to activate the puzzle. Then, you need to hold the beam on the squares as the dial rotates. Let go of the beam while passing through gaps. All the squares will be lit up, and you will receive the Core of Mortification.
How to Get Ore of Resilience

This is a random drop from worm-like enemies found just north of Willow River, southeast of Hernand. Make your way up the hill to find them. These critters do respawn, but it might take a few in-game days. Instead, what you should do is defeat most of them except one. Then, fast travel out of there and return to the same location to find more enemy spawns.
With all the materials in your inventory, head back to the Kilnden Workshop to craft the Kuku Gardening Pack.

FAQs
How do I use the Kuku Gardening Pack?
Head back to your camp first and equip the Unarmed option in your Weapon wheel. Then, select the Kuku Gardening Pack from the wheel to use it.
My Kuku Gardening Pack doesn’t work. What do I do?
This could be a bug, so try fast traveling to a different location and return to the area to try again. If that doesn’t work, then use the hack of equipping the gardening pack, jumping off a cliff, then respawning at a checkpoint without using Palmer pills.
Is the Kuku Gardening Pack better than the Magic Scythe?
Both have their advantages and disadvantages. The Kuku Gardening Pack does not consider some of the trees, like the Abyss Cell trees, to be farmable. But this equipment is great at collecting Palmer leaves. The Magic Scythe works well with most wild trees, but might pose a problem trying to harvest smaller plants and shrubs.
