CDs are unique collectible items to find in Crime Scene Cleaner, and you might bump into a few of them accidentally while cleaning up. Otherwise, the chances of missing out on them are quite high, especially after reaching the Circle of Friends mission.

How to Get all CDs in the Circle of Friends Mission
Most of the CDs in each mission are locked behind puzzles or hidden sections within certain rooms, and the Circle of Friends mission is no exception. All 4 CDs are quite easy to get, as long as you look hard enough for them.
CD #1 Location
Make your way to the Garage right across the Service Area. Head downstairs to the area where the cars are parked. Enter the room beside the red car and check on the table in the corner. You will find the Guess/Gas CD item.
CD #2 Location
This one had me stumped for a while, as I encountered a strange puzzle in my hunt for the second CD. For the second CD, make your way to Holden’s Mansion’s main lobby area. Enter the corridor to the right of the stairs and walk to the end of it.
You will spot three paintings on the wall. If you interact with the portraits, they will change the image. I picked the following images to solve the puzzle:
- Interact with the goblet portrait on the left and press it twice to turn the goblet golden.
- The portrait in front should have Lars wearing glasses and a red sash.
- The portrait on the right should depict a spear.
Enter the newly opened trapped door and check around to find the Red Temple CD on the red couch.
CD #3 Location
Once you reach the First Floor, enter Peter Holden’s room at the end of the corridor. This room will have a locked coffin in the corner that holds the third CD. I also spotted a few black ducks in the room and figured that these ducks had something to do with the locked coffin.
To unlock the coffin, you need to find all five ducks around this room and punch them.
- The first duck is found on top of the locked coffin itself.
- Turn around from the coffin towards the red armchair. On top of the armchair is a shelf with the second duck on it.
- Walk over to the computer desk and check out the desk cabinet to find the third duck.
- Look to your right after that to find a bookshelf with the fourth duck inside.
- Walk straight ahead and look to your left. There is a large wooden chest near the doorway. Open it to find duck #5.
The locked coffin in the corner will now be unlocked. Push it open to get the Dying on a Date CD.
CD #4 Location
Head back to the lobby area of Holden’s Mansion and go upstairs. Once you reach the top, turn left and enter the bedroom. You will find the entrance to the Golden Terrace to your left. Right beside the cleaning station is a greenhouse and a small wooden bridge to take you across. Cross over this bridge and make your way to the second greenhouse. Right outside this greenhouse, on the table, is the Crumbs Collector CD.

What do these CDs do?
CDs are collectible items found across each mission in the game. You need to collect them to get a 100% completion rate.
Are any of the CDs missable?
All the CDs, besides two of them, are found in the open. You just need to have a keen eye to find them. As for the two exceptions, they are locked behind simple puzzles. Solving them will help you get the remaining CDs.
Can I omit finding CDs altogether?
Finding CDs is totally optional, and if you are not aiming for 100%, then you can skip finding CDs during the missions.
