Scritchy Scratchy isn’t just a card scratching game, as you can also earn achievements while playing. One of the rarer achievements that might seem impossible to get is the Speedrun achievement. You need to complete the entire game under a certain time limit, and this is only possible if you learn how to play the game properly.

How to Get the Speedrun Achievement
Unlock Necessary Prestige Skills
It is best to keep this achievement for the very end, after unlocking most skills from the prestige tree. The skills that I looked for are Speed Demon, Lucky Legacy, and Head Start Capital. These gave me enough money to start off strong, and they also increased my chances of obtaining high-level cards. Coin upgrades are pretty useless here, so it’s best to skip those.
Unlock Automations
Besides this, I also focused on unlocking automations early on, specifically the Scratch Bot. I set my bot to obtain around 10 to 20 tickets that are equal to or greater than my Luck stat. If my Luck stat is lower, I won’t invest in the next batch until I pick this stat up. Luck is extremely important while running through catalogues 3 and 4, so it is best to invest in this stat very early in the game.
Upgrade Automations
Also, upgrading machines is an important aspect in the game. As I repeated the steps above, I easily accumulated more than 5 billion. This gave me enough cash to upgrade my machines, making them faster and more efficient at dealing with the cards. This gave me enough time to focus on other things, such as getting souls.
Getting Loan Payouts
If you haven’t obtained enough money to upgrade your machines, then the next best thing is to take out a loan. First, activate the Loan Shark perk, which multiplies the winnings according to the number of loans active. Then, collect the Apple Tree card to immediately get yourself into debt. This will give you thrice the amount of loans, which will provide the payout after winning the round thrice.
Purchase Souls
Finally, I focused more on buying souls before getting the Final Chance card. At max, I try to aim for 175 souls, which was easy to do once I could purchase souls in bulk. Once I got at least 100 souls, I would use them on the Scratch bot. After I had completed my run, all I had to do was get the final card to complete the task and get the achievement.

If you can’t claim the Final Chance card, make sure you have all your cosmetics disabled, then enter a round right after completing prestige. Restart the game and follow the steps above for the Speedrun achievement to get the Final Chance card quickly.

If you are bankrupt with absolutely zero dollars in your account, then you can ask for a loan. The fastest way to lose all your money is to invest heavily in the first ticket and purchase it three times.
