Shrines play an important role in VV Ultimatum, so you should work on unlocking them all when you have the chance. Once you do, you can have some pretty powerful and unique skills to help you win boss fights later on.

VV Ultimatum: Shrines Overview

How to Unlock the Hueco Shrine
This shrine is found in Hueco Mundo. After reaching this map, go to the area where the Windigo spawns in and enter the cave. Follow the path all the way until you find a lantern. From the lantern, take a right, then go left. Continue down the path until you find some rubble on your left that has a strange aura.
You will need the Ashen Pendant here; if you don’t have it, you can get it from the Calamitas boss. Hold the Ashen Pendant by pressing K and use the Kneel emote in front of the rubble. It will disappear, revealing the entrance to the Hueco Shrine.
How to Unlock the Soul Society Shrine
This shrine is located in the starting village, and you will find it somewhere in the Soul Society Outskirts. To find the shrine, exit the Torii gate near the waterfall and keep going straight until you encounter Clint. Speak to him to pick up the Statue Mystery quest.
Before you begin the quest, I recommend getting the Intelligence, Strength, and Courage Extracts. You can get the Intelligence Extract from completing the tutorial, the Strength Extract from killing the Crocodile King, and the Courage Extract from killing the Masked Man.
Now, to complete the quest, look around the immediate area where you spoke to Clint to find three marked spots on the mountain walls. Interact with the statues in the marked areas to activate a portal, which will take you to the Soul Society Shrine.
How to Unlock the Arctic Shrine
Make your way to the Everwhite Enclave and speak to Pratz. After that, enter the doorway next to him to enter the Northern Archive. Explore the second floor of the archives to find an NPC called Rose. She will ask you to defeat Lord Nivis and get 1 Frostvein Crystal. The boss spawns in the Arctic Plains, defeating it to get the item.
Return to Rose to hand it over and complete the quest, then exit the archives and head down the passage on the left. Go further left, and you will find a hole in the wall. Enter the hole and speak to Lady Hikari, and she will task you with defeating the Gelid Dweller Nix. Use the Frostvein Crystal in the Dweller’s Cave to summon the boss.
Return to Lady Hikari and complete the quest, after which you will unlock the Arctic Shrine.

Can I revisit the shrines?
If you have reset your skills or built by using the Build Reset Token, then you can visit the shrines again.
I can’t speak to Clint. What do I do?
You need to be level 15 and above to speak to Clint. You might need to level up to speak to the other NPCs, too, if you don’t get any quests from them.
