Civilians in Bizarre Lineage can spawn at any time during the day or night, but their spawn chances are extremely low. Once they spawn, you have a short duration to eliminate them and progress the quest bar until they despawn from the area. Here are the locations you need to explore to have a shot at finding civilians in the game:

    • Plaza area, near Bust Stop 1
    • Around Bust Stop 19
    • Outside Morioh Station, near the Kira Raid

These civilians barely have any health or attack damage, so taking them down is very simple. You can also pickpocket them for more rewards before eliminating them. Since their spawn rate is RNG-based, there’s currently no guaranteed way to spawn them. However, you can check around the areas mentioned above, especially the Plaza, to increase your chances of getting them.

Players have also reportedly spawned more civilians on private servers. This does not mean civilians won’t spawn on public servers; only that their spawn rates are extremely low. Once they spawn, you need to eliminate them before the next set spawns, which may take a long time. So, you need to keep exploring and wait for them to spawn in the locations mentioned above.

    FAQs

What happens if I don’t defeat the civilians?

If you do not defeat the civilians in time, they will walk out of the area and despawn. Ensure that you eliminate them instantly whenever they spawn. If they go too far, you’ll miss your chance.

Civilians aren’t spawning for me. What should I do?

If the civilians in Bizarre Lineage do not spawn even after waiting for minutes or even hours, join a different server and try out the same locations mentioned above. Another method would be to create a private server, then head to the same locations to check for them.

    Are civilians hard to defeat?

No, the civilians are innocent and powerless human beings with low health and attack damage, meaning you can defeat them very easily.
