Bizarre Lineage – All Spin Users Locations
Spin users can spawn at any location, but only at night. Once you pinpoint any location, just make sure to wait by the location for respawns for more clearings.

- Start from the Cultist place and head southeast until you encounter the Hamon NPC. You can press the N button to highlight the names of NPCs around your location.
- Now wait by the rocky square block near the Hamon NPCs, and you will see Spin User spawning on the top of it.
Here, you will always see 3x Spin User spawn directly on the top of the rock, defeat all three of them to make progress towards the quest objective, and get rare item drops.
