How to Get the Bloodlust Trophy Quickly
Step #1

Using the blood collector to get samples will take several in-game hours to collect the required amount. To complete this trophy quickly, you don’t have to use the blood collector at all. Rather, collect as many Transfusion Bags as possible by killing enemies. Do not use the Transfusion Bags; keep them stored in your inventory and collect as many as possible.
Step #2
Next, head over to any save station and save your game first. Open your inventory after that and use up your Transfusion Bags. You need to use up just enough that the blood collector is almost full. Then, interact with the blood collector and craft random items.
Step #3

Continue to craft until you get no more crafting options, then use up any remaining transfusion bags to bring the amount of blood up in the blood collector. Rinse and repeat this step several times until you run out of transfusion bags. Now, reload your save file and repeat all the above steps.
If you check your achievements page, your blood count will not reset but will rather increase. Doing this a handful of times will unlock the achievement quickly.
