How to Find the Lighter at the Care Center

Once you step into the Care Center, your first objective is to get the fuse for the Escape quest objective. To your left is a dresser that you can unlock to get the Cherub Key. After that, head to the right and go right ahead to find a Cherub Relief Door on your left.
Use the key on the door and go through it. Enter Room 201 ahead to find the typewriter with the Save Game option. Do exactly that, and continue left to enter the pantry. You will spot the lighter on the shelf here.
How to Use the Lighter
The lighter will act as your makeshift torch to help you see in dark areas. To use the lighter, once it is equipped on your D-Pad, press the button to bring up the lighter. Then, press the Up button on the D-Pad to light up or extinguish the lighter.
