Key Points
- You need to collect 6 Gnomes in the Carnevale map.
- Obtaining all 6 will earn you a trophy or achievement in the game.
- Other than Gnomes, you also have the Lady Statue, two unique collectibles in this chapter.
Once you catch a Gnome, all you have to do is give it a big hug to get the collectible. After your first hug, you can hug them again without any problem.

Location for All Gnome Locations in Little Nightmares III
Gnome Location #1
Early on in Chapter 3, you must ignite a fire in the oven. Once the oven gets the fire, a Gnome will move out slowly from the right, pushing away the fuse. Just interact with the Gnome to collect the first Gnome in the game.
Gnome Locations #2 &3
After you bring the power to the lever, pull the large machine from the ground. Head to the left of the area to find the first Gnome in this area. The second Gnome is found hiding behind the broom next to the lever. This one shows up only after activating the power.
Gnome Location #4
Climb on the wine racks to get to the bathtub hanging off the ceiling. Now, jump on the bathtub and climb on the chains to get to the upper region. Follow the route and take the path on the right. You will eventually see a small hole at the bottom with light coming out of it.
Just head inside to find a Gnome hiding in the drawer on the right of the room. Once it sees you, it will run away. Get out of the room and make your way left of the area, through the hole, to finally catch the Gnome.
Gnome Location #5
From the last location, head left until you reach the dark corridor. Here, use the flashlight, and you will see stairs on the left. Get down the stairs to reach the room at the bottom. Light it up to spot the fleeing Gnome.
Make your way to the dark corridor, and head up. At the end, head through the room on the right, and you will spot a piano in the middle. Walk on the keys on the piano, and the Gnome will come out and reveal itself.
Gnome Location #6
From the last Gnome location, get out of the room and enter the dark corridor. But this time take the room on the left. You will see a sleeping dog in the middle, and if you point your flashlight at the left side of the room, you will find the last Gnome on the map.
That’s it! Now you have collected all the Gnomes for the Finding the Gnome trophy or achievement in Little Nightmares III.
