Just like any Hitman missions, you can take Lilith out of the picture in multiple ways, one more horrific than the other. But we are looking at the most cinematic way of ending her life and getting the full story of the mission.

Be prepared for the worst; this mission will get stressful as you spend more time on it. But luckily, the game does offer many options to complete the tasks without taking the slow approach. I will lay out both of the options to help you clear things pretty quickly, or take it slow and get a “good ending”.
Eliminating Lilith Devereux Contagion Mission
If you truly want to enjoy every little bit of the new target with all the cutscene storytelling, then I recommend you take this route.
- Right from the start, make your way to the manor and head inside through the front door. Now make your way to the conference taking place at the end of the hall.
- After listening to Lilith Devereux’s speech, talk to Gregory Carlisle. The conversation will then lead to a trailing mission of Agent 47 following Lilith. You just have to follow Lilith as she speaks to the guests.
- In the middle of her speaking to the guest, she will head over to the food table to take a drink. Here, we have the chance to poison the drink for an assassination.
- After a few talks, she will head upstairs, a restricted place. Don’t worry, she will eventually come downstairs after a while.
Before she comes back to the first floor, we will need to steal a certain item that will come in handy later on.
Stealing the Carlisle Family Ring
- Head outside the manor to the dilapidated cathedral outside. Here, in the graveyard spot, you will find a shovel to dig out the grave of Alexa to grab the Carlisle Family Ring.
- After grabbing the ring, make your way inside the manor. But do watch out for the patrolling guards outside, hide in the bush, then make a run for the manor.
Note: You can also get the Carlisle Family Ring by eliminating Gregory Carlisle.
Head to the Library
After some trailing, you will see Lilith disappearing in the Library. Head inside the room, and you will find a wooden hand on a shelf. The shelf is located next to the door, across the stairs leading to the upper floor.
Interact with the hand and put the Carlisle Family Ring that we picked earlier to open up the hidden room. This is a restricted room. Before you do anything, make sure to be out of any guard’s line of sight.
Take the Elevator Down
The hidden room is an elevator that takes you all the way down to the manor. The following section is linear; here, you can interact with audio logs to learn more about Lilith.
Eventually, you will run into Lilith herself in a glass chamber. After back and forth, you will see Lilith injecting a serum into herself, infecting her with the virus. The virus will then make it inside the manor, infecting many people.
After the conversation with Lilith, the virus will leak into the room that you are currently in, so you will need to get out of the place as quickly as possible before catching the virus.
Just make your way back to the elevator. On your way, you will deal with the deadly lasers, a nod to Resident Evil. Dodge them to take the elevator to the manor. Once you are back in the manor, we will deal with two new objectives.
- Main: Eliminate Lilith Devereux
- Side: Neutralize the virus
- Side: Investigate Zachary Carlisle’s room.
You can complete the mission by simply taking out all infected people in the manor and killing Lilith Devereux for a quick completion. But if you want a better ending, then you can decide to cure the infected.
Finding Zachary’s Room to Craft the Cure
You will find the manor crawling with people wearing hazmat suits; these people are known as Ether Biohazard Response Team Members.
Take out any one of them, silently, and wear their disguise and hide their body. Now you will notice, or probably noticed, the infected numbers are rising. Since we are planning to cure them, head to Zachary Carlisle’s room.
Create the Antidote
Here, you will find the Distill Antidote station by the window. To craft a cure, you will need to have Green Herb and Blue Herb and mix both at the station to craft an antidote for the virus.
You will find both of those herbs in the same room. Once you have two of them, interact with the Distill Antidote station to craft an Anti-Viral Serum.
Once you have the serum, interact with the Crafting Station near the Distill station to create an Injection from the antidote. You can then use the antidote on any of your items. These items will be a way to cure the targets
You will cure 6 Injectable Cure doses in total; you can make more by waiting for the plants (Blue and Green plants) to grow in the room. A single plant could take around 5 minutes to fully grow.
Neutralize Lilith Devereux
The first step is to eliminate Lilith Devereux, and you will complete the main objective. and use the cure on all the infected people in the room.
Each run, you will always encounter different people getting infected. But now that you have the cure for the virus, use it to heal the infected people, instead of putting a bullet in their head. The cure instantly heals them from the infection.
Note: If you do run out of dosage, you can kill them. But if you do kill them, then you must hide the corpses.
That’s it, with Lilith out of the picture and all infected taken care of by either a bullet or an antidote, you can safely get out of the area to complete the mission.
FAQs
Why do I need the Ring?
The ring will open up the secret room in the Library section of the manor. If you are following the overall storyline, then the ring serves as a key item to get past the hurdle.
Where can I find the ring?
You can find the ring from Gregory, Alexa, and Rebecca. If you want it quickly, then go for Alexa, as she is a corpse inside the burial ground in the cemetery outside the manor.
How to separate Lilith from her bodyguard?
You can obtain an intel item called “Tooth of the Father” to separate Lilith. Just equip the item and directly show Lilith the item to make her move to any of your kill spots.
You will get the item from the maid on the upper floor. You will find the maid talking to Lilith at one point. Neutralize her to get the item.
